Retreat to this wonderful condo in the heart of the white mountains. Experience nature relaxing on the private deck, enjoying the views, or

take advantage of the many activities only steps from your door.

Completely new kitchen, with new appliances, granite counters and new slate tile. New carpeting and tile thru out the rest of the home. New flatscreen HD TV

Conveniently located next to golf course and next to the Schuss bus stop. Walk to pond (beach & boating), ice skating rink, golf course, mountain bike and skateboard parks, or town square shops and restaurants (the valley also has a free shuttle). Condo is a five minute walk to the Waterville Valley Town Rec Center and Curious George Cottage, with activities including a children's summer day camp. Hiking, canoeing/kayaking, and other White Mountain activities are all nearby. Living room has cathedral ceiling and gas fired wood stove, a television and surround sound stereo with DVD and VCR. Large master bedroom has queen bed. The downstairs bedroom' has a bunk bed and a full size bed. Living room has large second story deck with a private view of the forest.

Two baths with all towels and linens provided.

Condominium has easy access to Waterville Valley alpine and Nordic ski areas. The valley is a great spot for mountain biking and hiking in the summer. There is also a skate park in the summer time as well as as full slate of activities for all ages. Waterville Valley hosts many music and food festivals throughout the summer and fall.

Golf: Waterville Valley Golf Club's scenic 9-hole course is family-friendly with panoramic views of the surrounding 4,000 foot mountains. The course was originally designed in 1898 - that's right, 107 years ago - and features five par 4s and four par 3s. The par 32 layout is 2,231 yards from the back tees, making an enjoyable challenge for all players, and great fun and a relaxing atmosphere for beginner golfers.

This is a great condo rental for a small family or couple. We enjoyed having the Master br (bath too)on the top floor although the kids opted to sleep in the LR so they could stay up late & watch tv. The complex is quiet and the golf course is right there. Everything was clean; linens, bathrooms, kitchen and carpet. Fully stocked kitchen for all of your cooking needs. We enjoyed sitting on the deck in the morning , drinking coffee and having privacy (the decks from one unit to another are blocked). An added plus is the garage where we stored our bikes and golf clubs. Each bedroom has a tv and the LR tv has plenty of channels and is an updated one with surround sound that the family enjoyed while watching a movie one night. And for those chilly nights, just hit the remote and the gas fireplace comes on. The owners are great to deal with! They accomodated us on one day notice for a well needed weekend get away.

If you have young kids, bring a couple of games to occupy their time during down time. As adults, we found the LR comfy and cozy to watch tv or read a book.

Our family of 5 enjoyed a great week in Waterville Valley at this condo. Roomy and very clean with all the amendities. Owner was very good to work with. We would highly recommend this condo for families or for couples looking to get away to a nice, quiet location. Looking forward to a return visit!

My husband and I stayed here for a week in the summer. The condo complex was very quiet. There was plenty of parking and the condo was clean with a full kitchen. The owners were wonderful to work with – they were quick to answer our emails and we received our security deposit back less than a week after our vacation. From the condo it was a quick walk to the “town square” area in Waterville Valley, where there were outdoor concerts, shopping and restaurants. We loved the location, because less than an hour’s drive in any direction we could go to the beach, a drive in movie theater, horseback riding, hiking and theaters. We were able to do something different every day. The condo was a bit off the highway, but well worth the drive.

Spacious and comfortable

We've rented this for 2 summer vacations (2008 and 09) and have never done the same place twice before so that says something! With 2 teen kids, MBR and kids room on different floors was nice for us. And both have their own bathrooms which makes this place priceless!Clean, well equipped kitchen with full sized stove and oven. Microwave, full size refrig and dishwasher in kitchen. Living Room with surround sound was great for watching movies as was the huge comfy couch. Loved having the grill on the balcony and washer/drier. Owners are really nice and very responsive, calling us right away. Wireless internet works wonderfully - another big hit with teens. Great location for hiking and letting teens be on their own. Hiking, biking and plenty of R&R. Easy walk to town center.

My wife and I just wanted a few days away from our normal routine. We found it easy to communicate with the property owner through email. Everything was as described. Condo is well stocked in the kitchen, it was clean and where it's located was easy access to all that Waterville valley could offer. When we go back to Waterville Valley, we will look this place up again
