Our quiet cozy cottage is located off main roads and nestled in the trees. Rent one side of this duplex building (with sound-proof walls), which has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, and is within short walking distance to the beach. Unit is clean, user friendly, and offers a wonderful place to relax and listen to the sounds of Cape Cod. The charm of this location, on the bay side, allows you to relax and is also close to many enjoyable activities. The yard is large enough for children to play. There is also an assortment of children's games for a rainy day. Both sides are available. Please call to check availability of either side. Both sides are identical in setup.

Property is near National Seashore, Coast Guard and Nauset Light beaches. Enjoy a breathtaking sunset at Rock Harbor; explore nearby hike and bike trails; travel the short distance to Fort Hill. Property is 25 minutes from Hyannis and 25 minutes from Provincetown; whale watching is a great activity available in both areas. Cottage is close to several lighthouses, the Wellfleet Flea Market, and many restaurants.
