The best the beaches have to offer is after Labor Day. The crowds are gone, the ocean is warmer than it has been all summer. Stores and restaurants are still open. Enjoy the beaches like the locals do in this popular southern Maine seacoast town. Sunny and spacious, this newly built home is just a 5 minute walk to either Long Sands or Short Sands beach and the downtown area. It is located at the very beginning of the Nubble peninsula, in a quiet, family neighborhood, just a five minute walk to either beach or downtown. Downtown has something for everyone, night clubs, zoo, amusement park, restaurants, retail stores and and a beach. The home is equipped with all amenities for a comfortable stay, including a gas grill, an outside shower, a large picnic table and off street parking for 3 vehicles.

Outlet Malls in nearby Kittery, Maine including Kittery Trading Post and more outlet malls in Freeport, Maine home of L.L. Bean. Stop in Yarmouth at Delorme's and see the largest globe in the world on the way to Freeport.

Notes: The house is a two story contemporary, situated to let in the cool ocean breezes. After entering the house, if you head upstairs, to the left you will find the master bedroom suite, equipped with a queen bed and its own private bath. As you head across the balcony, to your left , you overlook the downstairs living room. To your right is the entrance to the outdoor covered balcony. On this floor, you will also find a huge second bedroom, sleeps 5, one double bed and 3 twins. Back downstairs to the street level is the third spacious bedroom with a double bed. In the den/tv room there are two chairs that each open to a twin-sized bed. Also on this level, the living room, dining room, and kitchen, all open up to each other. Down the hall there is another bathroom and laundry center.

This place is great. Location location location. Very clean and well maintained and comfortable. Kid friendly and adult friendly. Bedrooms are not cramped and very nice open floor plan. The best is you can walk to long sands or short sands in 5 min or less. The back yard is nice to hang out in and the outside shower is key. The owners are easy to communicate with and I would highly recomend this house to friends and family. We will be on our third year staying here.

Perfect location! This house is walking distance to everything and on a quiet street with friendly neighbors. It was very clean and had all the comforts of home. We can't wait to come back!
