This home is a perfect distance from Stowe Mt. (close enough where you can be skiing 15 minutes after you leave the driveway but far enough where you can enjoy the peace, quiet, and serenity of the home's 43 surrounding acres).
The home's layout is perfect for spending quality time with family and friends when your are not on the slopes. The Kitchen, Game Area, and Living Room all overlook one another in the home's open concept.
I highly recommend this property and hope to return in
The home was just as described. The snow covered hill in the front was so much fun to sled down. It was clean and warm and cozy. We would definitely stay here again.
This house was absolutely perfect. There were 4 adults and one dog. The price was right and the location was perfect. We spend our vacation snowboarding on Mt Stowe and massages at Stoweflake. Our dog loved wondering around the area even in the snow. Angela was incredibly accommodating and a pleasure to work with. We were even able to stay an extra night on last minute notice and it was a breeze. We can't wait to book here again and bring more friends. This is a great place for 8 people as there are 4 bedrooms. Great time, thank you so much!
I rented this house so that my friends and I could have a snowboarding trip to Stowe. It was 20 minutes to get to the mountain, and about 15 minutes to the closest Shaws.
For the price, considering how they cleaned snow and put dirt on it, it was spectacular.
We had such a great time at the house over a long holiday weekend. The setting is really nice. Even though we were outside of town a bit, the drive was so lovely through the farm lands either to RT 100 or over the hills to Mountain Rd and we even got to drive over a covered bridge. We had 7 adults and 2 kids and everyone had enough space and was comfy. Also, the space was great for our toddler- being all on one floor and the open floor plan made it easy to visit and keep an eye on her. The house had all that we needed in terms of kitchen equipment, baby gear, and linens/blankets. Communication with the home owner was easy and clear. We'd recommend staying there to a larger group that all wants to be together but also have lots of private space.
The house was much more spacious than it looked in the photos. One level living, 4 good sized bedrooms, kitchen well stocked with plenty of pots and pans and everything needed for cooking. A ten minute drive to the town of Stowe. Great big space to play chuck-it with the dog. Good wi-fi signal. Would return in a heartbeat.
Loved this opportunity.
