Photos and Description of the Madeira Beach vacation house rental
- 2 Bedrooms, 1 Bathroom

This home is located on a channel and just 1 block from the beach. It has been newly renovated and boast a beautifully furnished kitchen, living room with gas fireplace, central heat and air . The back screened porch overlooks a large tropically landscaped patio, heated pool, dock and waterway. Bedrooms are King in Master with flat screen TV and Queen adjustable in 2nd bedroom.

Living room is very comfortable with overstuffed couches, entertainment center with cable and HDTV.

Gas fireplace is available in winter months.

Relax and enjoy: This has to be the most relaxing house you can find.

The back yard faces south so it has full sun during the day.

If the sun gets to be too much you can sit on the dock under the umbrella or jump in the heated pool.

You can enjoy your morning coffee sitting on the back porch.

Its always nice waiting to see what will swim by next.

Perry is great and the house offered everything we needed. The pool was so enjoyable. The location is perfect, close to EVERYTHING. The house is very clean and comfortable. We will be back!

Best Family Vacation Ever!

I never would have imagined that we would love the area so much. Great short walk to the beach and short 5 minute drive to Johns Pass. The pool was perfect for the children. Will definetly be back. nicely decorated , had everything we needed beach towels, chairs toys. Convient to grocery store and Mall. All we had to get was groceries and bring clothes and neighborhood felt safe .

Wonderful people and a great home

We stayed in this beach house this past summer. Perry is a very nice man that will go out of his way for you to enjoy your stay. The home is very clean and updated nicely. The only thing that I could even list as a negative was one bathroom, but new that going in and it is a very nice bathroom. Having said that this home is in a very friendly, and quiet neighborhood. Home is very well decorated and has all modern imenitities. I can not say enough good things about this home or the couple that own it.

Great house in a great location

My Wife and I stayed in this great house. It's right by one of the canals with a nice view out, good to just sit out and watch the boats go by.

House was very clean with two nice sized rooms, a good shower and good sized kitchen. The pool was nice and warm and there are plenty of places to sit, either by the pool or inside the porch.

The beach is a short 2 minute drive with plenty of parking or a nice 10 minute walk. Plenty of places to eat and a local bar just 5 minutes walk.

Perry was easy to deal with and we had a great time.

Private Piece of Paradise!

I cant say enough wonderful things about this fabulous home. Everything that you could possibly think of was provided in the home. The owner is such a truly kind and hospitable man that made us feel so welcome! He goes out of his way to make sure that everything is to your liking and satisfaction.
Highly recommend this home for people looking for luxurious accomodations, with privacy and the perfect layout for your entertainment.
Located 1 block from Beach, no driving necessary. Nice quiet dead-end street with all attractions on Gulf Blvd right there without the noise from it.
Will be first choice in any of our future stays in Madeira Beach.
