Put your kayak in at high tide right from the end of the property. Located in Camp Ellis, Saco, (southern coast of Maine). Ocean property - This adorable very clean year-round home is 900 feet from 7 miles of beautiful beach. A large deck, with a corner view of the Saco River, is completely gated in for your little one. The screened-in front porch is great night relaxing or enjoy the outside fire on the deck with the open fire pit. Fireworks close by every Thurs. night in season. Quiet community just minutes from amusements or quiet walks to the Marina or General Store. Fishing and harbor cruises a short walk away. The best of both worlds for vacation.

Nearest Airport: Portland at 20 Miles
Nearest Train: Saco at 6 Miles
Nearest Motorway: Mass Turnpike and 195 at 6 Miles
Car: recommended
Restaurants, boating, marina, whale watch, kayaking, and gift shops are all within walking distance. Relax watching the children build sand castles and look for sea creatures while the sun keeps you warm and the day slips by, what a way to spend a day! Easy area to bike. Ferry Beach State Park i mile with easy biking. Lobster from the local Lobster Pound (around the corner) or burgers, or chicken on the grill with veggies and clean up is a breeze. Golf, fishing, water park, and amusement parks are all near by. Kayak rentals, whale watch, pottery within walking distance. Freeport, LL Bean and Kittery Shopping 40 minutes away. Please keep in mind we do not have cable or DSL lines.

  • May 1 - June 26 $600/week + 7% rental tax
    June 27 - Sept 6 $1400/week + 7% rental tax
    Sept 6 - Oct 12 $800/week + 7% rental tax
    Short notice bookings available

    Five hundred dollar deposit or 50% whichever is less due with reservation.
    $250 Security deposit due with balance which is due 14 days before arrival and returned one week after departure if there is no damage

    Arrive Saturday 3 PM - depart following Saturday no later than 10 AM
  • Will rent nightly in spring and fall season with a two night minimum.

We have stayed at this charming home for 3 consecutive years. The views sitting on the deck overlooking the river in the evenings were great. Things were clean and neat and the set up works well for families with children of all ages. The walk to the beach is short and the community there is very quaint, complete with a general store.

Very clean, comfortable home, much nicer than many rentals, easy walk to beach and quick drive to Old Orchard. Beautiful deck/somewhat private. We relaxed and enjoyed our stay!
