This 5 bedroom, 5.5 bath reverse floor plan home will be the perfect Charleston Coast retreat for your family and friends. On the first level, you are welcomed by a large living room with a row of windows, filling the space with natural light. On this level you will also find four of the five bedrooms: One with a full bed, a master with king and pullout couch, a third with two queens, and finally the last with a queen and twin trundle bed. Plenty of sleeping space! You continue upstairs to the grand living and dining space attached to the kitchen. You also have a secluded second master suite with king bed and sleeper sofa on this floor. Continue out onto the bright and airy screened porches and open air decks. This home has the best of both worlds! The cherry on top of the Sandy Shanty is its rooftop deck with stunning views of the Atlantic. The pool on the ground level is nestled under the house for privacy. Finally, the house comes with a private Concierge who is available before, during, and after your stay! Your concierge can assist with booking beach chair rentals, organizing grocery delivery, and anything else you might need for the perfect beach vacation. Awesome Getaway

This house was perfect for me and my guest. Comfortably fits large groups without feeling cramped. The hosts were great, attentive, and responsive. I would 100% return for my next getaway

Great house

Great house layout for 2 families. Great location with a responsive STR company. Pool and hot tub were awesome.

Trip with multiple families

Good house with great common area for hanging out together. Says sleeps 18 but only if all double beds and all pull out couches have 2 people. A few bunk beds would be better than so many double beds. Pool is half covered by a roof which makes it a little darker but nice to get out of the sun and still be in the pool. Not directly in the water but easily accessible path and only a short walk with shade for half of that walk. Overall a good place for multiple families to vacation together.

“Sandy Shanty” simply stunning

Very clean, well equipped, excellent location, spacious, heated pool, hot tub that worked……. I could go on. Rented equipment was nearly new and delivered as promised. Lots of outdoor space to relax.

Fall Break at the Beach

The property is really close to the beach and could walk there everyday which was great. The house itself is huge and spacious but is starting to show some wear and tear inside with rusted vents, chipped tiles and stairs needing be re-stained. The communication with the property manager was great, super quick and responsive, no issues during our stay. It is a little hard to find at night so would recommend arriving during when it is light out.
