Ten zone heating, radiant floor heating and two zone central air with ceiling fans. Ocean views from most rooms. Four full baths, two with towel warmers, and one with double shower and whirlpool tub. Romantic alcove suspended over living room. Private porch off one bedroom. Sitting areas in three bedrooms. Well maintained gardens and landscaped yard with short, direct path to beach.
