ETC is located mid-way between Bryce and Zion National Parks (30 minutes to each park), just off scenic highway 14 at Long Valley Junction. Our cabin is on 3.5 private, wooded acres with a large covered deck with a view to the Dixie National Forest. Elk Tracks Cabin comes with a large, fully furnished kitchen and dining area with a big family table. There is plenty of rustic appeal with the hickory hardwood floors, leather furniture, wood stove and classic outdoor art. There are 3 bedrooms plus a den with a futon couch + the basement is now finished w/ a futon, to sleep 8-10. There are 2 full baths. The 2 upstairs bedrooms are beautifully furnished.

Nearest Airport: Las Vegas International at 204 Miles
There are plenty of activities at Elk Tracks Cabin. There are miles of mountain biking, hiking and ATV trails located in the Dixie National Forest less than a block away. Trout fishing can be done at nearby Navajo Lake, Mammoth Creek, the Sevier River and Duck Creek. If you enjoy photography there are numerous options in Southern Utah. The fall colors in September & October are amazing. Best of all the national parks are here with Zion and Bryce a 30-minute drive away. Grand Canyons north rim is 95+ minutes away, Cedar Breaks National Monument is 20 miles away, as well as numerous other monuments and state parks. The cabin is also just 37 miles from Cedar City, 90 miles from St. George, and 205 miles from Las Vegas.

We had a wonderful time in Utah and the cabins! The location couldn't have been better. Our son thought he would spend the whole vacation at the cabin with all the movie, TOYS and the fire pit. We only wish the time would not have gone so fast.

Dear, England Family
We have had a wonderful stay at Elk Tracks Cabin. The location is perfect. We visited Bryce Canyon & Zion National park, we fished and generally enjoyed the ambiance.
The children, Adam and Lewis loved the den. I wished we had one at home! My husband and I especially enjoyed watching the wildlife, in particuliar the deer and the humming birds. Sadly we leave tomorrow. Everything has been perfect and God willing we would love to return again. Kris, many thanks for all the useful hints and tips.
