NEW LUXURY HOME-WALKING DISTANCE TO TIGERTAIL BEACH

I read the reviews before deciding to rent this house and I must say, they were all correct. The house was exactly as the photos depict and was clean and well stocked. We were happy to find the Kitchen had all the utensils and cooking items we need. There were also plenty of bath towels, beach towels, pool toys, sand toys for children, coolers, a beach umbrella, beach chairs and even cleaning products available.

The pool was beautiful and very clean. My son went swimming every day even though we were there for the one cooler week in January. The layout of the house is nice for families with several adults because there are two master suites with walk in closets and full bathrooms and two bedrooms which share a full bathroom. The house is walking distance to the beach and the park which is perfect for children.

This was the first time I've used Homeaway rather than renting a condo and I must say I made the right decision. The owner Rene' answered all my questions quickly and was very helpful. She made this process very easy and I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Marco Island has been a family favorite for vacations for many years. We love to get away from the cold weather and renting a home as beautiful as this made our vacation wonderful. Marco Island is a perfect place to relax and unwind. If you are looking for shopping, there are many outlets in Naples. We enjoy local spots for outdoor waterfront dining and drinks such as the Dolphin Tiki Bar and the Snook Inn Restaurant.

What a delightful home for a vacation! We spent many hours visiting on the lanai and swimming in the pool. The south facing pool/lanai was perfect for sunning, plus there was plenty of shade and seating for those who wanted to stay out of the sun. The pool toys were an added bonus. The lanai also has an area for al fresco dining.

The house was clean and nicely appointed. The two master suites worked well for our group. Plenty of privacy when you wanted to get away from the group. There are also several gathering areas -- kitchen nook, dining room, great room, and lanai.

The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils, appliances and pots/pans. There is also a gas grille available. The grocery stores are a quick drive so getting food and supplies is not a hassle.

The area is great for sight-seeing. From the lanai, you can watch the ibis perch in the pine, as well as the eagles nesting in the nearby empty lot. Tigertail Beach is close; we went several times for strolling, shelling, and swimming. The kids in the group enjoyed the playground at the beach. We splurged on a ecotour to see the manatees. And, of course, there is plenty of shopping in the area.

Would definitely rent this house again - it is a good value!

We were so impressed with this home and the customer service provided, we would go back in a second. The house was so clean and tastefully deocrated. Rene even purchased a pack and play for our stay. When we arrived, it was still in the packaging in the master suite closet. The pool was so warm a hot tub was not necessary. It was just a short walk to the beach and playground.
