Vacationers coming from as far east as England, and as far west as California have enjoyed the comforts and pleasures of our quaint Nantucket-style cottage. Nestled in the heart of Maushop Village at New Seabury, our cottage offers a relaxing and refreshing place to vacation for all ages. You will fall in love with the newer interior redesign, that depicts the Cape's traditional nautical colors of navy and white with splashes of vibrant red throughout. Our weathered red brick patio area is surrounded by a white picket fence that is entered from the French doors of the master bedroom or the outside patio gateway. You can exit our patio area onto a grassy knoll where joggers may stretch and children may play. Follow the sea shell pathway leading to the stairs at the top of the bluff continuing down onto a private beach. It's only 50 yards from our patio! Our Maushop Village setting provides an atmosphere that is vibrant yet soothing, active yet peaceful, and cozy yet ample living space.

The choices are many. From the beaches to the bike trail, from the Marketplace at Popponessett to the Mashpee Commons, from the whale-watching boats in Hyannis to the many golf courses in the Mashpee and Falmouth areas, you can have it all, or choose not to. Brochures are provided at the cottage for you to decide just how active, or relaxing you want your vacation to be. For the children there are also many various things to do. From playing on the beach to playing on the grassy area near the patio, from mini-golf at the Marketplace to the Cape Cod Children's Museum, from flying a kite to watching a movie at the Cinema in Mashpee Commons, from live radio performances with DJs at the Popponessett Marketplace to the candy shop, there is something for all ages. Don't forget the bike trails either.

    Check-ins on Saturday at 2PM.
    Check-outs on Saturday at 10AM.

Come experience the Cape at our cottage, just the way you imagined it would be. We do not believe that you will be disappointed....You will probably not want to leave! Maybe next season you'll stay a little longer. Our guests have been very satisfied with their accommodations. We have had positive reviews and clients who have booked for next year. We are happy to be of service, and have enjoyed offering our 'little piece of heaven' to them. Maybe next year you will join them in experiencing a summer vacation at an oceanside cottage as it should be.

We stayed at this cottage in 2000, and when we wanted to return to it this fall, we were told to look at this website. The pictures brought back so many memories of my first visit to Cape Cod. The "quaint and cozy" cottage was absolutely charming in 2000, and the pictures show it has been redecorated and is even more appealing. The location is great for short walks to the beach or relaxing with a good book on the patio. We are going to return to this same cottage this fall.

Our Stay at Maushop

We have spent the last few years in Maushop Village and found this stay to be our most memorable. We were steps from the beach and the cottage was so charming (we loved the decor). A BIG plus was access to the outside play area from our patio. We have two young girls and it was very easy to keep our eye of them while they were playing. We look forward to our visit next summer.

Our summer 2008 vacation was perfect thanks to the wonderful time spent at Maushop Village and in our charming cottage. It is a beautiful, well decorated cottage and was convenient for our family of four. We enjoyed seeing the ocean from our home as well as walking a few steps to actually touch it. We will certainly be returning in the years to come.

A charming, authentic "Cape Cod" experience! We enjoyed our stay over the years at this lovely, quaint cottage at New Seabury. Conveniently located to all of the tourist spots at the Cape. We have enjoyed vacations with family and friends, and plan to return again for a relaxing vacation.
