Trenton - Just 75 feet from the shore! Deepwater on Union River Bay. Built in 1990, at the end of a long lane and just 15 minutes to Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park, this newly renovated 3 bedroom with an open floor plan has 2 master bedrooms with king beds on the 2nd floor, 1 bedroom with twin beds on the first floor and two full baths. The large open kitchen with a peninsula is great for entertaining. Spilling out into the living area there is glass all along the western facing, waterside, which has a large deck with built in seating and views across the bay to Newbury Neck and Blue Hill Mountain beyond. The spectacular sunsets are something you will never forget! As for the beach, it is the nicest one anywhere around. With its gentle slope, deep crescent shape and Southwest exposure the water on this large private beach heats up as the tide comes in over the sand and pebbles. It's also a great spot to launch kayaks. Come and enjoy.

Just 20 minutes from Bar Harbor with all of its shops and restaurants as well as whale watching tours, fishing, sailing and the theater, there is plenty to do if that is what want. Only 15 minutes to Acadia National Park, with its hiking and biking trails, carriage roads, and incredible vistas, like those at the Otter Cliffs and Cadillac Mountain, there is something for everyone that loves the outdoors. However, if you would rather sit on your own private beach and soak up the sun, kayak around the point and take in all the wildlife, or just relax on the deck and watch the sunset, the choice is yours.

  • The master bath has just been completely remodeled. It is a large room with an all tile floor, new cabinetry, vanity with a corian top and a large walk in shower. The first floor bath is very nice with plenty of room and it has laundry facilities with a full size washer & dryer. The bathrooms are clean and crisp, professionally cleaned every week.

My family and I as well as my mother and father in law stayed here in August for one week. I only wish we could have stayed longer. It's location is perfect to everything. We rented kayaks from Acardia One and went out right from the house. It is very quiet. The house is very well kept. We will definetly be renting again. We have two teenage sons, and they also had a great time. Location is PERFECT!!
