Ocean front on Cape Cod Bay this TWO in ONE home has two kitchens, one modern with dishwasher and granite countertops and the other rustic with a view to die for! Two sitting areas , one modern with recessed lighting and the other rustic with original hardwood floors and a working fireplace. Two separate decks, one on the dunes to see sunsets and sunrises and the other attached to the house high enough to see Ptown . Also has two w/d, two gas grills...you get the idea. Now is that year to have that long awaited family reunion on your private association beach on Cape Cod Bay or that magical wedding at sunset.

Go for a whale watch in Barnstable harbor (a short 5 minute drive). Or take a stroll along the Cape Cod Canal which is just a few miles away or just relax on your own private beach and soak up a piece of 'Heaven on Earth' while the kids look for starfish and sand dollars at low tides. The bay is a very safe place for children of all ages to play since there is no undertow or strong currents.

The oldest town on Cape Cod, Sandwich has everything to offer. From antiquing along Rt 6A to jet skiing in your own back yard. (Sorry, jet ski not included, must bring your own!). From the Senior Citizen to the toddler, everyone has something to do, whether it be visiting Heritage Plantation (which I highly recommend ) or miniature golfing in the center of town. Don't forget what both seniors and young alike can do..... endless walks on the shore, finding starfish and sanddollars or fishing in the backyard for Stripers and Bluefish. If you get really lucky, you'll see an occasional whale swimming by.
