Spectacular 3-bedroom, 4-season vacation condo decorated nicely with a cozy, country decor. The private deck and backside windows are graced with stunning views of the Mount Washington Valley. Located at top-notch Eagle Ridge Resort in Bartlett, New Hampshire, this cozy vacation condo is ideally located near many famous White Mountain area attractions, including several major ski areas and historic North Conway Village. 3 full bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms including master bedroom with king size bed and private bath. Sleeps up to 8 people! Condo is equipped with all modern amenities including: Vermont Castings wood stove, large private deck, cable TV with DVD/VCR, wireless Internet access, washer/dryer, dishwasher, outdoor grill, plenty of parking, seasonal outdoor heated pool, tennis courts, and hiking and cross country trails right out our back door! Priced affordably, our condo boasts many amenities for a lower price. Fully equipped kitchen allows the option for a home-cooked meal.

Condo is ideally located in the heart of the Mount Washington Valley. We are located only 5 minutes from historic North Conway Village where you can shop at many of the quaint boutique shops and dine at several fantastic restaurants. We are just minutes from several popular New Hampshire ski areas: 10 minutes from Attitash, 20 minutes from Wildcat, 5 minutes from Cranmore and 30 minutes from Bretton Woods. Storyland is less than 10 minutes away! World class shopping outlets are located all along nearby Route 16. Other activities include seasonal golf, mini-golf, hiking, X-country skiing and snowshoeing. Other nearby attractions include Nestlenook Farm, Santa's Village, local artisan shops and much more.

Washington Valley area..Including Cathedral Ledge, Moat Mountain and Mt. Washington. Vermont Castings wood stove will keep you nice and warm! Living room area is nicely equipped with country style furniture along with cable TV with DVD/VCR, and high speed wireless Internet access.
