Life is Good!!! A no pet and smoke free home features 360 degree views and is located on one of the narrowest strips of land on the Outer Banks. The ocean/sound = short walks. Access to the ocean and sound is private. Sit in the hot tub listen to music and watch the sunset or watch the sunrise from the deck. This home is located on a paved family friendly street with very little traffic. Wind surfers, kite-boarders and kayaks this home is located in one of the best sound locations for your sport in all the Outer Banks. Bring your 4 wheel drive SUV or truck, there is 60 plus miles of beaches with access. Kayak rentals are available with drop-off at the house. Windsurfing and kite boarding lessons available. Fishing charters are available. There is a seafood store, convenience store with delicatessen, bait and tackle shop, fast food stores, restaurants, and fishing pier, within 1/2 mile. *Free Pier Pass for 10 Guests A Day! *RATE DISCOUNT FOR REPEAT RENTALS CALL OWNER NOW!!!!

  • Rate reduction for peek weeks still open. Normally 2,020 now only 1,600 per week through 8/14.
  • All rates include a $200 one cost rental agency fee! This makes the booking part an easier process!
    All October, November and December weeks open at $700 a week.
    All 2009 weeks will include a pass for a family of 10 to the Rodanthe Pier and passes to the Kinnakeet Shores pool and tennis courts.

  • Life is good is in a friendly quiet neighborhood with fantastic ocean and sound access. The beach is 1000 feet and the sound is 240 feet. Life is Good is situated an one of the best windsurfing and kite-boarding accesses on the entire east coast. The house is maintained to perfection by it's owners. **Our rental agency has made it easier for our renters by adding a one time fee of $200 for all costs (included in the weekly rate quoted)associated with this process rather than a nickel and dime process' A user friendly process!!!

Renters also have access to a pool and tennis courts at the owners expense in Avon and Kinnekeet Shores! Our renters will also find it easier to rent through our renatal agency!! They now are charging a one rate fee of $200 rather than a nickel and dime process, a very user friendly booking process!
