Classic 1940's Cape Cod cottage with very large back yard (over 3/4 acre), 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, large living room, separate dining room and hardwood floors throughout. Finished game room and full laundry facilities in walk-out basement. Fireplace in living room and outdoor shower offer great year-round amenities. Completely remodeled with all new kitchen appliances, cabinetry, bathrooms, beds, TV, Air Conditioning, DVD and CD stereo (with iPod ready cable) and heated enclosed sunroom. New large capacity washer and dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator and ceramic range. Home sleeps 6 comfortably and has 2 pillow-top queen beds and 2 pillow-top twin beds. Home is networked with wireless-G, Comcast broadband internet access. This home is located within a short walk to Oyster Pond, great restaurants, Jam Shop and gourmet food stores and spas at the Corn Field. Downtown Chatham and Hardings Beach are just a short drive or bike ride (1.2 miles) away.

Great Time at 60 Pondview

Hello! My wife and I are enjoying our last day at 60 Pondview, and have had a memorable week here at the house, and in Chatham. The house is adorable, and exemplifies Cape Cod living at it's finest. The backyard is about an acre, and great for kids, (we brought our 3 year old here last summer) and he was able to explore and play in a safe, enclosed enviornment.

The rooms are quaint and charming, and the living room is a great space to enjoy a night cap before bed in the air-conditioned bed rooms.

Most of our time was spent on the back deck where we would enjoy bird watching while taking breakfast, or barbecuing after a day at Hardings beach, which is a short bike ride away (ask the owners for directions to the nearby beaches and activities.... they are more than happy to help make your stay in Chatham as memorable as possible)

THe town of Chatham is a two minute drive away, and it is in our opinion the nicest town on the cape. Lots of restaurants (Impudent Oyster, The Squire, Sandis' for breakfast, just to name a few) will keep you smiling. My wife particularly likes the wide variety of shopping in the town.

All in all, our stay at 60 Pondview these past two summers has been incredibly enjoyable, and we look forward to coming back next year.

Perfect vacation

What a beautiful family gathering we shared in this lovely,cozzy cottage. I would recommend this as a get away as family reunion, honeymoon (very romantic) ,a rest & renewl spot, and a wonderful beginning to a first discovery vacation of New England, Antiquing was superior (real 100/200 /300 old antigues, history, sailing, shopping and americana comfort FOOD! I can not wait to return again this year, Thankyou for allowing us to share your lovely vintage home and the wonderful neighborhood and village that abounds!!!!

Wonderful, cozy retreat

This was the perfect cottage for our first visit to the Cape. My parents, husband and 8 month old son and I all had a very comfortable stay in this very accommodating and clean home. It was easily accessible from the main road and nearby the darling town of Chatham. We thoroughly enjoyed relaxing in the cottage at night after a long day of exploring the nearby towns and following the very helpful guide of "things to see and do" left by the owners. I would highly recommend this property. We look forward to going back again soon!

Comfortable, Convenient Chatham Cottage

We enjoyed our stay here tremendously. The house is clean, comfortable and nicely furnished with all the comforts of home. The location is very peaceful, yet convenient to many attractions. We have stayed in several locations and in different types of accommodations in the Chatham area, and we found this to be one of the most comfortable.
