Totally renovated in 2003, two new baths, kitchen and appliances. Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath beach house in Island View Beach Association. Enjoy one of the sandiest beaches in Connecticut. Walk for miles at low tide from one sandbar to the next. Afterwards enjoy a shower in the outdoor shower, a barbecue on the new deck and relax on the breezy sun porch with waterviews.
