New bedding in all 4 bedrooms, new appliances, new furniture, and new gas grills will make your island vacation comfortable and problem free. Take family walks or bike rides along the quiet dirt roads of Katama Plains or bike to the beach 1/2 mile away. Both the family room and den have new 27' TV's, VCRs, DVD players, and stereos.

Pretty? Sure, if you like headaches

I found renting this house extremely aggravating. The house was lovely but I had other problems, namely in getting my security deposit back. The house was left in the same condition as we found it, so that wasn’t the issue. All my calls have gone unanswered. After lodging one complaint, I received a check which bounced a couple of days later. I have since sent another complaint with no answer again. In addition to this issue the ferry tickets I bought from the homeowner was never transferred over to my name. This is not proper procedure and could have had dire consequences. Not a way to start or end a vacation.
Overall: a terrible ongoing experience.

It's like pressing the red Staples button...that was easy! Some vacation rentals, you walk in and say"let's just make the best of it". Not this place. Comfort, location, convenience. I'm not one to write on and on about something. Either its a ten or not...this place is a ten!

Best Vacation We Ever Had!

What an incredible spot this is! Sit back, relax and enjoy the most spectacular view. The house is immaculate and has all the comforts you could wish for. The close proximity to both South Beach and Edgartown means you never have to waste your vacation driving in the car. The beach is spectacular, and is one of the best you will ever get to enjoy. If you have a vehicle with four wheel drive, you can purchase a pass to drive out to your own spot and avoid carrying all the "stuff!"The drive out to the beach is the best part! The outdoor showers complete your perfect summer Vineyard vacation. The owner was always accomodating and easy to work with. I highly recommend would recommend this property for a vacation rental that you will want to return to year after year.

we come to the island every year, this house was by far the best. Close to the beach, great veiws, comfortable beds. has a big flat yard for playing with kids. has two outdoor showers, I can't say enough.
