House is on one level which makes it great for everyone to hang out inside or outside. House in good shape and ready for you to enjoy your week of vacation. A little something for everyone. Close to the beaches, parks for children, shopping center and restaurants. At night enjoy an evening at any of the piers great restaurants and bars. Newport is less then 20 minutes down the road for those who enjoy a little more action. For gamblers Foxwoods Casino is 40 minutes away.

Great value for Narragansett: This home offers 4 nice bedrooms with a big kitchen, big living room, and mudroom. There are also 2 full baths with a laundry room. If you are looking for a week at the beach this is the house for you. We include 4 beach passes to Narragansett town beach. Without these you would have to pay $5 per person to get on the beach per day. There is a nice yard with an outdoor table and chairs. There is also a gas grill to have a barbecue!!

busy 4 corner house

Quiet is not how we would describe this house. Yes it was located across the street from a major shopping center but it was also right on a busy 4 corner intersection. The kitchen had few pots and pans and not even a collander to drain pasta. We needed linens too and the phone line was not "on" as requested. The owners were nice and purchased new linens and pots and pans from across the street but there was no summer ambience.

House is located in a quiet area. No one bothers you. In a nice neighborhood. The owners were SOOO nice. The house really is huge...might not look like it from the pictures but when you get inside, it is enormous.
Across the street is the shopping center...up the street is taverns, eateries, and the like.
Local merchants were personable. Personally I wouldn't hesistate to rent this property again.

Good deal for the money

It was close to the shopping plaza, which was very convenient. We initially wanted to be within walking distance to the town beach because of parking. But we realized that with two little kids, it was a lot more convenient to be closer to the supermarket and a drug store, etc. That way, my husband could run out to pick up milk and be back in literally 5 minutes while I am making dinner. It has a big eat-in kitchen. We really liked the layout of the house. Although it was just our family this time, if we had company, the layout could provide lots of privacy. Our kids loved it there. My only issue was that the carpet in the livingroom was very old and kept curling up that we kept tripping over it, which was dangerous for the kids especially. Oh, and the dishes were all mismatched. None seemed to have come from a set. However, the owner was very nice and generous. The washing machine and the dryer were also on the same level, which we loved.
