Be prepared to be amazed by our completely renovated and modern, beachblock townhome, located on 42nd Street! Located on the beachblock with no streets to cross to get to the beach and the 42nd St complex (mini-golf, skateboard park etc) viewable from the decks, choose the activity that's right for you! Whether it's beach lounging, hanging out on the lovely decks, or partaking in all the local activities, there's plenty to do! Inside, you'll find 2 spacious levels of living space: 1st Level - bright & airy, large eat-in kitchen, living room, separate utility room with full-size washer/dryer, and half bath. 2nd Level - 2 VERY spacious bedrooms, one full bath, and an additional half bath in the front/master bedroom. Off-street parking in rear, fully-enclosed outside shower with hot/cold water, front and rear decks on both levels (ocean view from upper levels in front). Also, we provide professional housekeeping before you arrive and 4 beach tags per unit. We are an EXCELLENT VALUE!

Brigantine is a fantastic family vacation destination: foremost are the state's most beautiful beaches! The island also boasts the Shark Park (awesome park for children), bike trail, skateboard park, miniature golf course (right across the street!), basketball courts & baseball fields, essentially activities for kids of all ages. Nearby Atlantic City has the Ocean Life Aquarium, the Boardwalk including the famous Steel Pier, movie theaters, miniature golf, rides and all new Outlet Shopping. For the adults, you can't beat the gambling, 5-star restaurants and live entertainment at the casinos, all less than 10 minutes away!

Great rental right on the block next to the beach and near the access road to the island. Extremely clean property with a spacious kitchen. Cool balcony & porch to hang out on and space in the back to grill out.

My wife and I have had a wonderful time at this property, close to the beaches and the casinos. The owners have the units clean, well maintained when you arrive. I would definatly recommend this property.

Great location, convenient to beach and shopping. Great outdoor space to hang out with friends and enjoy the weather.

Owners were very responsive in handling the rental. Property was clean and comfortable, and very well priced for a holiday weekend. Would definitely return.

Very spacious, newly renovated beach house. Close to all activities. Only a short ride to Harrah's for the slot bugs. Aunt Bea's is a short walk in the evening after a hard day'slabors on the beach.
Would highly recommend this owner to take care of your housing needs.
