Private Cape style home in historical Old Village near Shore Rd. Newly redone inside & out with several new appliances and mattresses. Ideal location. Easy walk to Lighthouse Beach, quaint Chatham Center on Main St. with fabulous shopping & dining, & shuttle service to National Seashore Park. Only 5 minute walk to neighborhood beach, surf fishing, & Mill Pond for kayaking. Public tennis courts and children's playground in town. Large lot, plenty of parking, 2 full baths, 4 A/C's, 3 TVs. Many golf courses in area.

In the heart of Chatham

Excellent location within walking distance of the Chatham lighthouse, the beach and the shops in Chatham Village on Main St. The house was fully equipped and had A/C though it wasn't needed during our stay. The owners couldn't have been more accomodating. I highly recommed this for a pleasant stay in Chatham.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
