WELCOME! There is a Difference in Units! Our units are in the most desirable North Tower, the excitement center of Sea Watch Resort. The North Tower is the home to all the happening events at Sea Watch. The restaurant & conference center, ice cream & coffee shop, the fitness center and the arcade. There is Free WiFi internet in our condos with your own laptop computer. In the summer, regular scheduled pool parties are hosted at the North Tower pool and Tiki Bar with a DJ and fun for everyone! In the winter, the North Tower has a large enclosed heated pool, hot tub and kiddie pool for year round water fun!

Our condominium home away from home is a one bedroom with a king bed located in the North Tower. Enjoy the separate oceanfront living room with a QUEEN sofa bed, and a full kitchen. (This is not a studio apt.) It has a fantastic oceanfront view with a table and chairs to enjoy your morning coffee or even a meal. The unit is perfect for a couple or a small family (2-4).

We completely redecorated our home away from home with a new king size bed, NEW living room furniture, new carpet & tile, new drapes and bedspreads, new paint and wall coverings. New HDTV Flat Screen TVS too! We have added lots of nautical decorating touches to make it more cozy and comfortable for our guests too!

Our condominiums are fully equipped with everything you could need in a kitchen and has lots of linen's and towels. There is an on-site laundry facility in the building if needed.

We have been coming to Sea Watch Resort for about 7 years and once you experience the fantastic vacation amenities of Sea Watch, you will never go anywhere else! Sea Watch is an 'Endless Fun'

About The Owner

We live in GA however, I travel to MB at least 6 times a year and I personally inspect each of my condos to ensure they are in tip top shape for my guests! I have equipped each condo with all the comforts of home to ensure that you have a wonderful vacation.

The Owner purchased this condo in 2005

Excellent stay!

We had a great time here in the condo! Weather was a bit cold(surprisingly), but the view is awesome and condo itself is very comfortable. The condo was super clean, tons of channels on the tv, location is nearby everything, and owner is a pleasure to work with!

Will look to rent here again!

A break from winter!

We stayed in this unit for a couple of weeks in February. It was all that it was advertised to be and more! Extremely clean and the king size bed was very comfortable. Several extra small appliances included what you would probably not see in a holiday rental. The decor of a beach theme was very fitting.
The communication with the owner was very good, they got back to us usually within a few hours and the deal was sealed quickly.
SeaWatch Plantation itself is in a great location and walking the beach was one of our favourite activities.
Unfortunately we had issues with Time Warner Cable (internet provider) through no fault of the owner and could not access the internet from our unit. However, the reception in the lobby was fine.
One should check out the House of Blues for their Sunday morning breakfast and take in a movie on Stimulus Night, can't beat it. Lots or restaurants to choose from even though several were closed because of the time of year.

We stayed in Bob and Pam's third floor condo at Seawatch and it was great. We never had to use the elevator and the view was terrific. The pools were very nice and there was entertainment almost daily.The beach was very clean and easy to get to from our room.We plan on coming back next summer.

The condo was nice and complete with everything you needed. It had a fantastic view of the ocean and a great location for shopping, shows and restaurants. Pam and Bob are easy to deal with and we hope to come back again.
