From the moment you walk into Fontana your worries will melt away. Just about an hour and a half from Atlanta, this brand-new, luxury 3100 square feet home features 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and sits on a point lot at Lake Hartwell, with 180 degree views of the water. Fontana sleeps 14 (2 king, 2 queen, 4 twin beds, 1 queen sleeper sofa), has two main-floor master bedrooms (each with its own bathroom) and all bedrooms have lake views! Whatever your interests or desires, you're sure to find it at Fontana: vaulted ceilings and hardwood floors, complete stereo and surround sound, indoor and outdoor stacked stone fireplaces, large screen TV DVR and DVD, Internet access, dining tables inside and outside for 12, screened porch as well as deck. Cooking is as easy or gourmet as you like--our chef-designed kitchen is stocked with the best stainless steel appliances and accessories, or you can just enjoy grilling out on the brand new gas grill that is hooked up to house gas line.

Plus, as a guest of Fontana, you have access to our neighborhood club, just 5 minutes from the house. The activities at Foxwood Hills Club include tennis courts, a huge playground, indoor and outdoor pools, video games, ping pong, much more!

This house is very nice but if you are looking to be lakefront, choose another home. The dock is high and dry about 20 feet from the water. Then, what little water is available, is only 3 feet in the deepest area along with being hot and muddy. The conditions are completely opposite of what is advertised on VRBO, CyberRentals, and Homeway. Renters need to be aware of this because the owner is not disclosing the actual conditions of the property.
