Exceptional place to stay while you vacation or look for your new home. Gated community along Rt. 776, Indiana Avenue, in Englewood. Villa with Lanai on the community lake. Two car garage. This is a safe, quiet and very attractive community. A beautiful community club house with pool, covered screened patio, tennis, bocce, fitness center, ceramics, full kitchen and bathrooms, outdoor tables and lounge chairs.

2 queen bedrooms and 2 full baths, living room w/ sleep sofa and family room, open floor plan, laundry room, walk-in closet, 2 car garage, fenced-in courtyard, screened lanai overlooks lake with fountain. A very nice setting with morning sun on the lanai. Fully furnished with items chosen to please the discriminating renter.

5 Minutes from the areas best beaches.

Minutes from Englewood and Venice beaches and Golf. No high rises on Englewood beach or anywhere in Englewood. Great fishing in Lemon Bay, and in the Gulf. You can rent your own boat with Captain, or take a party boat for the day for offshore fishing, or just drop a line off the local fishing piers.

Major shopping malls nearby. Many stores and great restaurants close by. Riding at a nearby ranch. Golf all over. It is said that the area has 46 courses! Nearby Miniature Golf, and go-carts for the kids at Pelican Petes. Two nature parks in Englewood. See an Eagles nest, or take a walking tour with a naturalist. Florida's largest State Park, Myakka, just 45 minutes away. See native birds and alligators.

Orlando attractions are 2.5 hours away. Tampa and Busch Gardens, the Dahli Art Gallery in St Pete, both just 1.5 hours. Sarasota, Florida's cultural capital with the Ringling Museum, the Aquarium and Jungle Gardens, an hour away. Art galleries in Englewood, Venice & Sarasota.
