Shops, restaurants, groceries, are steps from the front door. The apartment has been completely renovated and is on the 4th and top floor (with lift) in a bourgeois building. 6 French windows/doors, lead out to a balcony and allows wonderful light into each room with a view of the city and surrounding hills. There is a double sized living room/dining room with a fireplace, sofa corner and flat screen TV with cable connection. Internet adsl-wireless connection.

The fully equipped kitchen has all new appliances: washing machine, dishwasher, electric cook top, oven, micro wave, refrigerator and freezer.

3 bedrooms with 3 doubles beds: 180cm, 160cm, 140cm.

One bathroom has a tub, 1 sinks, the toilet is independent. The second bathing room has a shower and a sink and toilet.

Pets not allowed, non-smoker apartment.

The apartment is also less than 1.50 hour drive from the south Alps for those who enjoy mountain walks in the summer or skiing in the winter. Direct flights to Nice are available from all major airports and note that Nice airport is a 10min bus ride away (the bus stops 20 yards from the building). The famous 'Promenade des Anglais' is below your feet, so you can be up for a swim at 9.00am and back for breakfast at one of the (1,000+) restaurants and cafes just outside your door. Use your internet to look up the many areas of interest & outstanding beauty.
