This property has it all. The lake, the dock, an acre and a 1/2 of woodlands. The house, new in 2004, has many amenities. If the weather isn't just as you like it or you've had enough sun, there's always a challenging game of ping pong, a relaxing game of pool. Bring your favorite action packed movies to hear on the surround sound. There are plenty of quiet places in the house to get away with a good book. The central location makes it close to exploring the 'Brewster Flats', Classic plays at the 'Dennis Playhouse', Rolling surf at the 'National Seashore', best beaches on the Cape in W. Dennis along with waterfront dinning at the Lighthouse Inn. Some of the best Bass fishing on the East Coast from the shore or Guided small boat inquire with email. Miles and Miles of newly resurfaced bike trails. Shopping in Chatham, Antiquing on Route 6A, Exploring Rock Harbor in Eastham or Sesuit Harbor in Dennis, it's all close by. Or just hang at the waters edge. This place has it all.....

Awesome location for big family vacation!

This place was awesome! I don't think I can say enough good things about it. The parking was ample. The house was clean and enormous! We had enough room inside for 8 adults and some children. The kitchen was great with a nice desk area for a computer. It had an island with seats and the whole living area/kitchen and dining was all open so we could all have conversations all the time. BR set up worked out fine too. The place has a huge deck outdoors (2) and a nice front covered porch. Has a short beautiful path to a very large lake and dock that we took our boat in. Kids loved hanging out on the dock or the game room. Or we drove 1 minute down the road to the Lake beach front which we liked better than the ocean. No traffic in this area...nice and quiet! Also had a wonderful whirlpool tub. I could go on and on about this place! And the owner Greg was great to work with!
