Fenced patio in rear, providing privacy for sunbathing and secure play yard for young children. Second Floor: Twin bedroom. Bathroom with tub and shower. Den with sleep sofa and TV. Upper deck, offering panoramic views and spectacular sunsets over Cape Cod Bay. Access to sandy beach on Cape Cod Bay.

Truro offers a quiet, quaint, quality environment. This house is situated about 250 yards west of Shore Road (route 6A) and 250 yards east of footpath and stairway to private sandy beach on Cape Cod Bay. The sunny half-acre lot is encircled by pine trees. Driveway accommodates four cars. Windigo Lane is a paved, private road, providing a peaceful and safe setting for family-oriented activities. Nearby, a shuttle bus runs regularly along Shore Road, allowing easy access to unique shops, fine dining, and amusement. The private beach is owned by Lookout Bluff''s property owners. From the top of the bluff, there is an awesome view of the entire bay and its shoreline from Wellfleet to Provincetown. The sandy beach is highly suitable for waterside walks, sunbathing, swimming, and fishing. Cape Cod Bay's water is warm from late spring into early fall. Because of a ten foot tide, it is feasible to enjoy wading and clamming on expansive sandbars during low tide.
