Our spacious family friendly villa is in an ideal location - only a 12 minute drive to Disney. Our villa is fully equipped for a self-catering holiday, sleeping up to 10 people. It has two light and airy rooms - a family room and a living room - which provide lots of space for you all to spread out in, four bedrooms sleeping 8, with an additional two on a bed settee in either of the living rooms. The full size pool can be accessed from the family room and the larger master bedroom, ideal for an early morning swim without disturbing anyone else as the remaining three bedrooms are in a different part of the villa. The master bedroom has a king size bed, en-suite bathroom with bath and separate shower cubicle, TV and radio. The second master has a queen bed and en-suite bathroom, whilst the twin bedded rooms share the third bathroom. New for 2007 is the games room we have installed in the garage for the use of our guests, and the villa has internet access (wifi).

Our villa at Clear Creek is off the US27, only a mile from the junction with the 192. It is an easy drive to Disney, less than fifteen minutes from our villa. Some nights you'll hear the fireworks booming in the background. The community in which our villa is located is well established, and is in a quiet but good location, with two supermarkets to choose from - Wal Mart and Winn Dixie - and bank and a post office are also nearby. With the 192 almost on its' doorstep and the I4 not far away, visiting the area's other attractions and shopping malls is also enticing, but If you do feel like a break from the theme parks, the east and west coast beaches are within easy reach. The Kennedy Space Center and the historic town of St. Augustine are also worth the trip. For those lazy days when you just want to relax around the pool we have details of restaurants with delivery service and for the more energetic there are lots of golf courses for you to choose from and enjoy.

  • *This rate excludes Easter, Christmas and New Year where the minimum stay is one week and the rate is £475 per week. All prices include local taxes but excludes pool heating. Where this is requested the charge is £18 per day.
    Bookings of less than one week will incur a cleaning charge of £50.
    A security deposit of £200 will be required and will be returned within 3 weeks of the end of your stay.
    Cancellation will attract a refund in line with the owners' Booking Conditions.
    Payment in GB£ by personal cheque is preferred but it is possible to pay in US$ through our management company, money transfer or PayPal .
  • Longer term rentals are welcome and will be at a discounted price. Please contact us with your requirements and we will provide a quote.
  • Our preferred changeover day is Saturday but we will be flexible where we can. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

  • All three bathroom have hairdryers. There is plenty of storage space and an abundance of towels, some specifically for pool use. The bathroom from the master bedroom leads on to the pool area which is very useful, especially if you like to give children a shower straight after they have been in the pool.

  • The master bedroom with full en-suite bath and shower cubicle has a large walk in closet with ample space for all your requirements. Closet space in the three other bedrooms is also generous. The second master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower over bath, while the twin bedrooms share the third bathroom. Each bedroom has a clock radio and the lager master bedroom also has a TV.

Notes: A games room has been added for 2007 and consists of a pool table, air hockey, foosball and electronic darts. These can all be found in the garage which also has additional lighting over the pool table and a ceiling fan. This was our fifth visit to Orlando, but our first stay at a villa. We were not disappointed. The villa was clean, well maintained and well equipped, including a very useful games room in the garage. This room could get a little hot but was an ideal place to dry clothes that couldn't go in the industrial size tumble dryer! It offers plenty of space for 8, there were 6 in our party. The villa had free wireless internet and full cable TV. All beds were very comfortable and the air-con worked quietly and efficiently (every day was over 32C during our stay). The location is convenient with supermarkets (Walmart, Winn Dixie) and restaurants within a short distance. As with most developments in Orlando, a car is essential though. The villa is on an established, quiet residential development with a mixture of permanent and temporary neighbours. Communication with the owner and the management company was excellent. We would recommend this villa although it is realistically 30 mins from most Disney attractions, (and further for other attractions such as SeaWorld and Universal) a factor to bear in mind if you plan to return to the villa in the afternoon to cool off in the pool.
