Photos and Description of the Seagrove Beach vacation house rental - 4 BR, 4 BA, sleeps 6 - 12

Seagrove Beach is located on Scenic Highway 30A, halfway between Panama City and Destin. We fell in love with the shady, sandy roads of old Seagrove and the laid back atmosphere of this area...and the beautiful beach which is a 3 - 5 minute walk from our cottage. The off road walking/biking path all along 30A offers a safe place to exercise or just stroll and enjoy being outside. We chose a wonderful, very private lot in the Sugarwood Beach neighborhood, built the main house in the spring of 2003 and have finished the carriage house this spring of 2005. The ground floor has the main living/dining area (with queen-size sleeper sofa), kitchen, king bedroom, full bath and laundry room. The master bedroom with king bed and large bathroom with deep soaking tub and separate shower and another bedroom with twin beds and its' private bath are on the second floor. Further details for this vacation house rental in Seagrove Beach, Florida

The third floor tower room has a double futon and can be used as a fourth bedroom. The decks on the first and second floor are situated on the south side of the house overlooking the private pool which is heated other than the summer rental season. We have extended the living space by screening the downstairs deck. All bedrooms have french doors opening to the decks. Every bedroom and the tower room have cable TV. The carriage house with its living/kitchen area and queen bedroom/bath offers quiet time and a private retreat for two. We feel we have the best of both worlds in our location. We have so much privacy, peace and quiet at 'Three Palms', but a short walk away one can be in the upscale resort areas such as Seaside and Watercolor.

We had a wonderful time indeed! Your home is just lovely and we so appreciate you sharing this special place. You and Nate seem to have thought of every detail from the design and decorating of the home to the amenities and the location - WOW!! Such relaxing and enjoyable accomodations in conjunction with the pool, the beautiful beach and Seaside made for a perfect vacation for my sisters and our families. If you are still leasing in the future, I'm sure we will return.

This house was more than we anticipated. We thought the house was very nice based on the pictures, but the pictures can not do it justice. The rooms are so spacious and nicely decorated. It is so private, yet still just a short walk to the beach and quick trip to Seaside. I can't imagine finding a house that is more accommodating, clean, and spacious. We stayed in Seaside last year, but wanted a private pool this year and it was the best decision for many reasons. This house allows you to have privacy, especially the privacy of your own pool, paired with the luxuries of Seaside. This was MUCH better than staying in Seaside. I LOVE this house. Thank you Donna and Nate. We hope to book with you every trip to the Panhandle!

Your home was perfect for our 2nd trip to Seagrove. It was beautiful and perfectly located, allowing us an opportunity to bike anyplace we wanted to go....the pool was fabulous for the afternoons (after a morning on the beach)and your home had all the amenities of our own home...even more! Thank you for sharing such a beautiful place with us. The carriage house was also perfect for my sister and her husband, who while they love their niece and nephews, also enjoy their privacy. We'll be back!

Just returned from a fantastic spring break week at "Three Palms" and can't say enough about this beautiful home. We were all very pleasantly surprised with every aspect of our choice and highly recommend this hidden jewel. Huge, well appointed, excellent location and still very private. We'll be back!!

We just returned from our trip to Three Palms/Lil' Palmetto and are already aching to return! There were 13 of us (8 adults and 5 kids) but we never felt "on top of each other" in this beautiful house.

The beach was incredible, and the house's location in walking/biking distance to Seaside was an added bonus. Our kids especially loved the lighted pool so they could swim after dark! The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking any meal (our favorite was a low country boil, our beach tradition).

Thanks again for sharing your lovely home. I would recommend it to anyone!
