House was not in clean condition on arrival as owner's lease required that we leave premises on departure; not fun to clean up after prior renter, though we are experienced renters and realize that this is sometimes necessary. In addition, access key was very difficult to use -- sometimes worked, and sometimes did not.
We were reimbursed our full security deposit, but only after a month's delay and repeated e-mail requests. On the other hand, the house was very well-equipped, including very comfortable deck furniture and umbrella, cable TV, DVD player, excellent grill, and plenty of dishes. Several beds had brand-new, excellent quality mattresses. Lake and cove are lovely, and area is very, very quiet.

I have a cleaning service clean the house after every occupancy. I have never had a complaint.about cleanliness. The cleaning service does not make the house antiseptic or germ free.

Renters have access to multiple keys not all were faulty, if any . Renters that followed did not have this complaint.
III.
The contract reads "Deposit will be returned after 30 days", to prevent unlawful use of phone, cable and other services.
They received full refund in spite of damage to house.
