Spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath townhouse is available for your enjoyment. Just a short walk to Ocean Edge's Fletcher indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs and tennis courts. Downstairs level contains living room, kitchen, dining, patio and one bedroom with queen, full bath. Up spiral staircase to loft area that has 2 twin beds. Through loft area into private bedroom with brand new King bed and full bath. (Please note bedroom with two twins is not private - other 2 bedrooms with king and queen are private). Brand new A/C in living room and upstairs bedroom. TV/VCR/DVD in living room, additional TVs in 2 upstairs bedrooms. Fully equipped kitchen includes washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave. Enjoy you private patio by cooking outside on the barbecue grill. Pool passes for 6 people included with your summer rental. This unit includes feature some other units may not. We include Comcast internet, Phone and TV cable. We include Pool Passes, includes use to gym. Unit has A/C.
