Charming waterfront home on Mountain View Lake with views of Mt Sunapee ski area. Lovely yard with beach and shallow access to water. Sandy bottom lake. Excellent for small children. Newly built 3 season room and deck on house. Great place to hang out. This is a great spot for your Sunapee vacation.

Hiking and mountain biking trails right from your back door, kayaking, swimming, numerous golf courses within 15 - 30 minute drive, blueberry picking, Sunapee Harbor (ice cream, gift shops, and candy stores), great restaurants, Lake Sunapee state beach (1 mile), Mesa pottery outlet (Elkins - 20 min), New London (great restaurants and shopping).

The house was VERY cute and well maintained. The owners do a great job of describing the house and all that was included. It was clean when we arrived and the folks who own it were friendly and helpful.
If I had any suggestions to give the homeowners it would be to leave a list of directions to nearby markets, restaurants, ice cream parlors, parks, hours of the dinner boat in Sunapee, etc.
We highly recommend Marzelli's Deli on 103 for take-out and great Italian essentials. For a hike try the land across from The Fells on 103A.
While the homes on either side of the rental are closer than we expected, it was very quiet and peaceful. There is a small neighborhood and I wish we had brought bicycles for the children.
I would recommend this rental to anyone, especially with small children who would love the small, safe beach area and the beach toys that the rental provides.
