A delightful & spacious 2 bedroom villa in the gated community of Palmetto Dunes Resort. Regarded as one of the finest family resorts in the US (rated #1 by Travel & Leisure Family magazine, Top 100 golf resorts in US, #3 Tennis resort in the world), there are endless opportunities for vacation fun & relaxation. Our large villa contains 2 master BR suites (each with 2 queen beds, sitting area & bathroom), expansive living & dining area, full kitchen with breakfast bar & a wonderful covered porch overlooking the resort waterway. Very tastefully decorated, our unit is a perfect home away from home. Located in a small, private cluster of villas in the center of the resort, it is a short walk or bike ride to the beach, pool (steps away), tennis, golf, country store & bike trails. We are directly across the street from the George Fazio golf clubhouse. The Centrecourt villas also have a private on-site pool, tennis courts & conference center. Wireless Internet provided at no extra charge. I

Surrounded by spectacular lush landscaping and resort facilities, our 1300+ sq ft unit is perfect for families and golf groups (or a nice winter escape from the snow!). Alexander's restaurant, bike and kayak rentals, main tennis facilities and Robert Trent Jones Golf course are a short walk across the lagoon bridge. The resort beach is undoubtedly the finest on the island with 3 miles of sand and water (and dolphins!). Come and enjoy the best that Hilton Head island has to offer.

Our unit also provides complimentary tennis for guests (one hour per day). Day trips to Savannah (setting for more than 20 film's) and Charleston are a must see. Or simply kick back and relax by the pool. There are many things to do and see outside the resort - fabulous restaurants, sight seeing, boating, kayaking, canoeing, dolphin cruises, fishing, crabbing, biking, shopping. Also, Hilton Head is very easy to get around, with well defined resort community layout and road system. There are 20+ golf courses on the island and most are open to the public.

We stayed in this great villa with one other family. We both have small children and this villa was set up perfectly! The two bedrooms are large!! (plenty of room for Pack-n-plays. The location was a nice stroller walk over the back bridge to the general store. The beach was a short drive. We recomend arriving by 10am to ensure a parking space. Hilton head is such a beautiful place to visit and this villa met all of our needs for the stay. The pool is just a few steps away and the view of off the back porch was very relaxing.
Recommended for:  Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
