There are 48 units in this condo, 16 on the East side, 16 on the beach front and 16 on the West side. The east and west side units are identical in size and floor plan. Our unit, 404, which is on the top floor, south end, offers the sunrise and a partial beach view from the east side (see photo from balcony).
So here’s the offer! If you book unit 404, the price will be $1450.00 a week and that’s from SATURDAY to SATURDAY, April 19th to May 31st. Again, this rate is for SATURDAY to SATURDAY. Cleaning and Florida taxes are additional.
So what about prior to those dates, say Spring Break? Well from 3/29 to 4/19 the rate is $1595 a week plus cleaning and Florida use tax.
So what about after school is out and vacation season starts. The rate is $1750.00 a week from June 1st to the end of August, and is for SATURDAY to SATURDAY.
These rates are only good from Saturday to Saturday.
Ok, so you just want to get away for a long weekend. The price will be as quoted in rates below, but you pay the 12% Florida use tax and the cleaning fee. But notice that rate is for a minimum stay of 3 nights.
Situated on the highest point on the Gulf Of Mexico, the gulf-front Inn is located 1 block off Highway 30A (turn onto Red Fish and then go left on Blue Lupine Way - the condo is at the end of the street) in Blue Mountain Beach, sequestered between two non-renting upscale communities and offers maximum privacy with it's private beach access and gated, covered garage. Enjoy the 50 feet atrium newly furnished and landscaped, or lounge by the gulf front pool and hot tub exclusive to guests at the Inn.
Our condominium is located on the fourth floor on the east side with lovely views. This is a three bedroom, three bath unit, which consists of one king, one queen, and two twin beds with one queen sleeper sofa, three bath unit. It is 1650 square feet with an additional 400 square feet of balcony. The layout is an open floor plan with a main living and dining area and two wings of bedrooms. The master suite has a king bed and it's private balcony, private bath with jacuzzi is on one end of the condo. The opposite end has a second bedroom with queen bed and private bath and access to the main balcony with gulf views. A third bedroom is off the side hall next to a third full bath. This floor plan offers unusual privacy for the couple with children or for multiple couples sharing the condominium. The bed rooms are carpeted and the rest is all tile. The kitchen has just been updated with new stainless steel appliances (see photos) and we have installed a new washer and dryer.
There are ceiling fans in the main living area and in each bedroom. Beach set-ups are available for rent on the beach during the summer. Or you can bring your own. You will find some beach items in the condo that have been left by others that may work for you.
The condo has high speed wireless internet access throughout the building. There is also a fitness center on the 3rd floor that has weights, elliptical trainers, riding machines and tread mills. Two gas grills are also located on the property for guests use. The pool and hot tub are gated and overlook the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. During high rental season, we have security on site.
If you're into biking, Big Daddy's bike rental is just a short distance from the condo. Petunia's rents bikes for 15 a day and 45 a week, but doesn't have the selection of Big Daddy's. Next door to Big Daddy's is a bakery and on the other side a natural food shop. Then across the street is Sally's Blue Store and they offer good bar-b-q Monday thru Fri til 2pm. Publix's is right back up the road on 98.
We are situated within five miles of Seaside, Watercolor and Grayton Beach- once again on the list of Top Beaches in the USA. There is a dedicated bike path that runs for miles along 30A. A large designer outlet shopping mall is only 15 minutes away and we are about 25 miles west of Panama City and 12 east of Destin. For golfers there is a great 18 hole course (Santa Rosa Beach Golf Club) just 2 miles west of the unit and if you really want a challenge, you might try Camp Creek. I normally play Windswept Dunes in Freeport, about 18 miles north of the beach or The Pines or The Oaks at Ft Walton Beach Golf Club, about an hour away.
Great beach, great food, great music, great art, great fishing, great shopping, great golfing and it is all conveniently located to Unit 404, Inn At Blue Lupine. Hey, did I say 'great vacation'?

Great beaches and just so much to do within about 30 minutes of the condo.
The condo is situated between two upscale residential communities that makes it very quiet and private plus the condo is close to some great golf courses, restaurants and some very unique shops.
We like to go to Goatfeather's seafood shop and get fresh shrimp and have it seasoned and steamed and bring back to the condo. We also get grouper steaks and bring them back to grill.
