Centrally located, our duplex home is situated only three houses to the beach on 37th/38th Street! This is where the lifeguards enter the beach area, where the volleyball nets are located and where the Surf School & Beach Aerobics convene. The home is within walking distance to Aunt Bee's ice cream & Hooper's Seafood & is 2 homes from the bike path that navigates the island. This ad is for the upper unit: 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, front deck w/ oceanviews to enjoy ocean sounds & breezes, back covered deck, living room, and eat-in kitchen. This cozy unit is neat, clean, and is the PERFECT beach house. Also provided is off-street parking, an enclosed outside shower w/ hot/cold water, and a nice lawn. Allow our beach home become your beach home for the week! We pride ourselves in providing a clean, comfortable beach home that you'll want to return to year after year...

The island also boasts the Shark Park (awesome park for children), bike trail, skateboard park, basketball courts & baseball fields, essentially activities for kids of all ages. Nearby Atlantic City has the Ocean-Life Aquarium, the Boardwalk including the famous Steel Pier, movie theaters, miniature golf, rides and shopping. For the adults, you can't beat the gambling, 5-star restaurants and live entertainment at the casinos, all less than 5 minutes away!

Great Property for Families!

We had a wonderful time at this clean, spacious, nice, well stocked, duplex. The location is perfect, it is in walking distance to the beach, ice cream store and deli. Very convenient. April was very helpful and hospitable during our entire stay.

We just vacationed at April and John's house and it was splendid! The pictures are accurate! The house was very clean! April's communication skills were excellent! We would definitely enjoy staying here again and would recommend it to our friends and family. Thank you for great vacation!!!

Relaxing Getaway

John and April couldn't have made our vacation easier; they provided us with a beautiful home with beach tags, all kitchen amenities, and even tips on where to go in Brigantine! The house was a perfect amount of space for the five of us spending the week there, providing us with the comfort of a home and the relaxation of a vacation. The patio was perfect for grilling and dining outside, as it welcomed us for dinner every night. Closely located to restaurants, the beach, and Atlantic City, there was always something to do. We would highly recommend April and John's property to those looking for a relaxing vacation.

April and John provided the perfect Memorial day getaway. Everything we needed was provided as stated and we even made use of their BBQ for a wonderful meal. Thanks guys and this place is definitely not one to miss. Highly recommended. Johnny

Clean, cute and cheery

My husband and I stayed on the 2nd floor unit for a week in May and had a great time. Just half a block walk to the beach. The unit was bright and cheery, nicely decorated. It had everything we could need to make us feel at home and it was neat and clean. Thanks, April for all you did to give us a great vacation!
