You will enjoy easy times in this 3 bedroom 2 bath Cape set on a hilltop. This very well-equipped house is at the end of a cul-de-sac and offers complete privacy, a large deck with grill, outdoor shower, and ample parking. It has a contemporary open and airy floor plan with cathedral ceilings and skylights. Beds: 2 downstairs bedrooms each have a queen bed, upstairs bedroom has a queen, a twin and a futon. The downstairs Master bedroom has its own bathroom. This house sleeps 6 privately, or 8 total. The house is centrally located- Less than 1 mile to Oyster Pond Beach, 1 1/2 miles to ocean beach Just over a mile to Hardings Beach on the Sound, and 1 1/2 miles to charming downtown Chatham. The new bike path is minutes away.

Chatham is at the 'Elbow' of Cape Cod. Because of its geographic position, there are perfect stretches of ocean beach-front, more tranquil beaches on Nantucket Sound, and a serene town beach on saltwater Oyster Pond. There is a nature preserve on Morris Island where you can hike and sight-see from the ocean bluffs, or take a boat tour to see the large seal population off Monomoy Island (they swim right up to the boat!). Downtown Chatham is an eclectic mix of galleries, restaurants, and shops of every description. Every Friday night in the summer, there is a band concert at the town pavilion. Cape League's 'Chatham A's' play here.

The pictures of this house do not do it justice. It is absolutely beautiful. Only minutes to beaches and downtown Chatham. We stayed for a week and it was wonderful
