You will enjoy easy times in this 3 bedroom 2 bath Cape set on a hilltop. This very well-equipped house is at the end of a cul-de-sac and offers complete privacy, a large deck with grill, outdoor shower, and ample parking. It has a contemporary open and airy floor plan with cathedral ceilings and skylights.

Beds: 2 downstairs bedrooms each have a queen bed, upstairs bedroom has a queen, a twin and a futon. The downstairs Master bedroom has its own bathroom. This house sleeps 6 privately, or 8 total.

The house is centrally located- Less than 1 mile to Oyster Pond Beach, Just over 2 miles to Hardings Beach on the Sound, or Lighthouse Beach on the Ocean, and 1 1/2 miles to charming downtown Chatham. The new bike path is minutes away.

Chatham is at the 'Elbow' of Cape Cod. Because of its geographic position, there are perfect stretches of ocean beach-front, more tranquil beaches on Nantucket Sound, and a serene town beach on saltwater Oyster Pond. There is a nature preserve on Morris Island where you can hike and sight-see from the ocean bluffs, or take a boat tour to see the large seal population off Monomoy Island (they swim right up to the boat!). Downtown Chatham is an eclectic mix of galleries, restaurants, and shops of every description. Every Friday night in the summer, there is a band concert at the town pavilion. 5 out of 5. We were expecting a wonderful "home" away from home - but this Chatham house exceeded all of our expectations. Three families - 6 adults and 2 children shared a space that afforded all of us places to relax and enjoy. We especially enjoyed the deck area and grill. Being able to dine outside and enjoy the resident bunnies made this trip memorable. This is a place for adults and families with children. This certainly deserves a 5 star rating for comfort. Great House!!

My daughters and I loved this house! It was spacious, bright and very clean! The kitchen was well equipped and there was even a ping pong table downstairs to occupy the kids. The location was perfect: private, yet just a short drive to the center of town. The beaches were also just a short drive away. The owner was easy to communicate with and thorough in his instructions regarding the property. I would recommend this house to anyone!

Awesome house!!!

Nothing but good things to say about this house! I stayed there for a week with five friends, it was more than a perfect house for us. And the pictures do not do it justice- the kitchen and bathrooms are all recently redone. Short drive to the beaches and downtown - has a great backyard and porch, and just set back enough from the street that if you wanted to make some noise, you would not bother anyone. The owner was so easy to communicate with and very receptive to feedback and needs of the house after we departed. I would definetly rent this property again! It is a charm!

In planning our Missouri-to-Massachusetts vacation to visit relatives, we selected this house in Chatham as our home base. It was just as advertised, and it turned out to be just right for all of our needs.

The house is beautiful (I echo the other comments - the pictures do not do it justice!) and we spent every evening out on the spacious patio, grilling on the large gas grill. All of our guests were happy and had a relaxing stay. Chatham has so many nice things to do, but we in the middle part of the Cape, so it was relatively easy to get around.

The house is close enough to Main Street, but it's in a residential area so we could still enjoy some peace and quiet. My sister-in-law and I even did three mornings of beach yoga at Lighthouse Beach. What a way to start the day!

If we make our way back to the Cape, we know where we'll stay.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
