About this property

This third floor 2-bedroom 2-bathroom condominium is located on the Bay side of our property. This unit requires a five night minimum stay. The Bay side has a pool, hot tub and charcoal grills. It is also a very short stroll to the Gulf side part of our property which has another pool, two tennis courts and our white sandy beach. To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, our two bedroom units sleep a maximum of six people. The comfortably decorated master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed with a 32" flat screen TV, and the guest bedroom has two full size beds with a 26" flat screen TV. The master bathroom and guest bathrooms have tub/shower combos. The living room is equipped with a 40" flat screen TV with HD TV service. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster and a coffee maker. The condo has tile throughout. There is also a comfortably furnished outdoor patio that can be used by you and your family to enjoy our warm tropical breezes.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit was not as nicde as others I have rented in the same complex. The unit was designed to sleep up to 6 people yet there was just seating for at most 5. The tub in the master bath did not have a non-slip bottom, the screens needed repair, and the kitchen supplies were laess than adequate.
