Unit 81- 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Gulf Front Condominium. | This beautifully renovated two bedroom two bathroom Gulf front condo is located on the 8th floor of our Grande Tower Building. The views of the Gulf of Mexico from every room make it perfect for watching evening sunsets! For your entertainment pleasure, the condominium boasts a high definition Smart TV, DVR, book and game library with Netflix access. The master bedroom has a beautiful king size bed with a 43" Flat screen Smart TV with Direct TV service. The guest bedroom has two full size beds with also a 43" flat screen Smart TV with Direct TV service. To comply with the Sarasota County fire code, the maximum number of guests permitted to sleep in this unit is six. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower, and the guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination. The living room is equipped with a 50" flat screen Smart TV with Direct TV service and DVR. The kitchen has granite counter tops and is fully equipped with all the necessary items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, and coffeemaker/Keurig, cooler, beach toys, and a beach umbrella round out the amenities. The condo has tile throughout the entire unit. The enclosed patio allows with sliding windows allows you to enjoy the lovely coastal breezes.

The Tower - Palm Bay Club

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view cannot be beat, the PBC is centrally located, it felt very safe and secure, the people running it were very nice and the weather was wonderful! I used the gym every day, we walked on the beach and swam, we swam in the pool.... we all (4 of us) - thought that if you put in a small pub/bar on the property - it would be the perfect vacation spot! **(A few of the outlets in our condo did not work but we made do)

Beach getaway

Beautiful beach/ocean views from every room. Floor to ceiling windows were spectacular to take in the beauty’s of the beach.

Great Gulf views

Corner unit with beautiful gulf views. Floor to ceiling windows throughout unit. Beach at doorstep. Restaurants within a couple of miles in either direction. Nice size rooms. Updated, clean and nicely decorated. Some areas of unit could use a little TLC. Balcony very enclosed and always too hot to use. Also, air conditioning works great in unit except master bedroom which stayed fairly warm during our stay. Disappointed that pool was not closer to the beach. Nice way to cool off. Instead, it was a very long walk (many football fields) to pool at front of property, so we never used. Limited parking at pool which was always full. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend.
