Come and enjoy this absolutely outstanding renovation in this one-of-a-kind two-bedroom/two-bath condo. Enjoy urban living at its best! Located in the heart of the historic district, you can walk to Savannah's squares and favorite restaurants, and shopping. You can also catch a trolley or tour the city in a horse-drawn carriage.

You will be struck by the uniqueness of the floor plan with its interior design flourish. There are heart pine floors throughout the condo. Extra-large windows and brightly colored decor enhance the relaxing ambiance.

As you enter the living area, you'll see beautiful brick floors and bookcases filled with interesting books for your reading pleasure. The living area also features a very comfortable, queen-size sleeper sofa (with an inner spring mattress). The fully-equipped, gourmet kitchen includes granite counter tops. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed and its own tiled bath. Its windows overlook the kitchen and dining areas. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed. The second bath has a beautiful antique dresser/lavatory.

Fun In Savannah

I celebrated my 40th birthday at the Corner Door Condo with five of my girlfriends and had the best time! Six women can be quite hard to please but in fact we were all quite impressed! We found the condo to be very clean and comfortable with updated amenities. Also, we liked that it was in walking distance to many of the historical sites. We especially loved the close proximity to the Polk fruit and veggie stand which we visited twice for snacks!
The condo owner Sharon was extremely helpful and easy to work with. I would highly recommend the Corner Door Condo!

As Promised!

The corner townhouse is a little gem - the accomodations were upscale and the beds very comfortable. I recommend a sound machine for people that are not used to traffic sounds- Robyn was quick to respond to questions- the only issue we had was confusion over a courtyard- we thought there would be a place to sit outside in the mornings - but it appears we confused it with another property. Totally recommend!

Great first impression of Savannah!

This was the first time my husband and I tried a rental by owner property and our first trip to Savannah. Our expectations were far exceeded! The location of this condo was perfect for all of the sights we wanted to see. We traveled 5-10 minutes at most and could walk most places. The place was immaculate, modern, and had all of the amenities of home. Free parking is always available right in front of the door. After we showed pictures of the condos to our family and friends they all now want to check Savannah out and stay at this condo! Making the reservation was very simple and you're given a lot of helpful pre-stay instructions and helpful information about the are. We can't wait for our next visit!

Great Savannah Retreat with Easy Access

We rented this condo for four people and it was wonderful over Easter Weekend. We had others staying at nearby Lucky Savannah properties so we were conveniently located to everyone. We had available street parking right out front and easy access to everything from Forsyth Park to all the wonderful shops and restaurants on Liberty & Bull Streets. Everything we wanted to was a short walk away. The property was clean and well maintained. We had to call for someone to check the dishwasher and the property manager sent someone over immediately to fix us up. There was ample room for everyone to relax. We think it's the best way to enjoy Savannah.

great home base for our visit

We enjoyed our stay at the corner door townhouse. The townhouse is very well renovated and a great home base for our group of 4. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds are very comfortable. The architecture is really interesting with the bedrooms looking out to the kitchen and living areas. Since the pictures were taken the second bedroom has been closed in with a door and windows so it is more private. The living area is on the lower level below the kitchen. It is a nice cozy living area. Because it has light paint and gets natural light from the dining area it feels light and bright. The pictures don't do the town house justice. The property was clean and well maintained. The description of the property was accurate about its location. We did a lot of walking around the historic district from the townhouse. It is located on the far west side of the historic district. If you are not in to walking you may need a car to get to the attractions. If you like walking you will never need to use your car. We found that parking on the street was no problem there was always a place for us. There are lots of steps in the townhouse. If your small children are not used to steps you may want to consider this. Four our group of four the steps just added character.

Corner door townhouse

I enjoyed my stay in Savannah and the apartment was a great pick. It was close to the historic district and the river. As promised, we were able to park our car and walk the whole weekend. The apartment was nicely furnished and staff was very helpful with sharing information of where to eat and ghost walks.
