Gorgeous property with landscaped backyard right On The Ocean. Large kitchen comes fully stocked with all modern appliances. Large dining-room seats ten guests. Large living room with adjacent Florida room equipped with Foosball table. Garage holds three automobiles. Upstairs master suite with dedicated bathroom overlooks the ocean. Second bedroom has a queen bed and third bedroom has two twin beds. Upstairs loft has daybed. Upstairs balcony has incredible ocean views. Outside we have a jacuzzi overlooking the ocean to relax in after a day at the beach.

Nearby St. Augustine (less than 10 minutes by car) is Florida's most historical city and the oldest city in the United States. The sightseeing in this town, from the Spanish Fort to the old Lighthouse, is second to none. The restaurants of both St. Augustine and Ponte Vedra/Jacksonville (20 minutes by car) are a seafood-lover's dream. The ocean right in our backyard is renowned for its surf. The fishing, whether off-shore, inshore, or surf, is spectacular. The boating terrain is boundless. Nearby, Guana River and Anastasia State Parks have miles of trails for biking and hiking, as well as wind-surfing and kayaking flats. Ponte Vedra is home to the TPC golf tournament and the whole area is crammed full of beautiful golf courses.
