Great Condo...Ideal for families

We decided to make a last minute trip to the beach before the kids returned to school and happily found this condo. We have been to Madeira Beach several times but have never stayed at this location before. We LOVED the condo, it was clean, spacious and very well stocked. The resort was great for the kids with 2 pools, a club with 2 pool tables and for the energetic a small gym. It was also convenient with a supermarket and a small strip mall within walking distance. The beach was only a 2 minute walk with rental chairs available if required.
We would recommend this condo and will look to return should we get the chance. Another plus was the unit had internet access which was vital as we needed to keep in touch with our business in Orlando.

Our family vacation was great and the accomadations were execellent. The owner was very nice and helpful in every way. Sandi went out of her way to accomadate our schedule and dealing with the management company was easy. They had a convient after hours key pick-up. The condo was suprisingly clean for a Florida rental, they are usually musty and old looking. This condo was so clean and fresh and had everything you needed in it. The yacht club was gated, which I really liked that extra safety factor in an unfamiliar place. The location was great. John's Pass was right down the road with plenty of eating places and shops to look at. The beach across the street was clean and provided rental chairs, umbrellas and outside showers to hose off. All in all, it was a great place and I would definitely stay there again.

My step-mother owned a place in the Yacht Club for over 20 years. She sold it last year. My family loves the convenience of the club and Sandi's place is well appointed, clean and has a wonderful location.She worked with me on getting a SUN-SUN rental and was very easy to deal with. Unless we purchase a unit there first, I'lll be incontact to rent it again! Thank you Sandi.

A Great Spot For Families

This place has it all! The rooms are well appointed and comfortable. The location of the complex is great, too. A grocery store and pizza are at the end of the block; from there the beach is just across the street.

The property is gated and surrounded by the bay which makes for great fishing, bird watching, or walks at sunset. There are also two pools on-site.

Our family really enjoyed coming 'home' after an outing or a day at the beach.

A beautiful condo in a great location

This condo is in a wonderful location on the water and close to the pool. Shopping at the Winn Dixie and Drug store are within walking distance as is the public library where we were able to use the internet. We have stayed in this condo a few times and always find that it is beautifully decorated, extremely clean and well stocked. Sitting on the balcony we have been lucky enough to see the dolphins go past which always makes our vacation. The Yacht Club is a lovely place and is usually nice and quiet. We would recommend this property to anyone it is a diamond and we certainly look forward to staying there again on our next visit to Madeira Beach. It is a great area with many attractions and great restaurants close by.
