Our executive villa was completed in June 2003 and offers 2018 sq. ft. of new air-conditioned luxury. The villa is built on an exclusive plot that backs onto the largest lake in the Cumbrian resort along with a large grassy area that you can use to catch the evening rays of sun or have a barbecue with friends. To the rear is a private 24ft heated pool with spa, overlooking a tranquil view. Accommodation is spacious and elegantly furnished. The entry area opens out to the front lounge and formal dining area. Walking through the arch brings you to the open-plan family area that contains a fully fitted kitchen, breakfast bar, informal dining area and the family lounge. The kitchen is fully fitted with every modern appliance, and the family lounge contains a full entertainment system which includes a 36 inch Cable TV, VCR, HiFi, DVD player, portable Hi-Fi, DVD's, CDs, videos and books. Off the family area is the laundry room and a corridor leading to the bedrooms.

The villa is in a superb location, only 12 minutes from Disney and 5 minutes to the main attractions and numerous restaurants off the 192. The back entrance of Walmart Super Store is 5 minutes away accessed via Indian Point. Cumbrian Lakes is on the East side of the I-4 towards Kissimmee, where most of the restaurants, shops and local attractions are located. It is located off Poinciana Boulevard, South off the US-192. It is a new gated community and has become a very sought-after location because of its peaceful lakes with jogging and nature trails whilst being extremely close to Disney, US-192 and the shops - a superb combination! Nearby are numerous public Golf Courses, lakes for fishing and areas of natural beauty for spotting wild life. An hours drive east finds Kennedy Space Centre and Daytona/Cocoa beaches, and 45 minutes drive west finds Busch Gardens and Clearwater beach.

There are 4 double bedrooms (2 with en-suite, all with Cable TV) and 3 bathrooms in all. The main master bedroom has an impressive 4-poster queen bed with matching suite. There is a PS2 console with games in the kids room together with a toy box containing several games and books to keep them amused, bean-bags and adult-size bunk beds. The garage houses a full-size table tennis table, electronic darts board, table football and gas BBQ. Other facilities also include cot, linen, towels, beach towels and high-chair. The first impression entering the house could not be better. It was like arriving home. The house was climatized and with everything perfectly setup. I was surprised to see CDs, DVDs, books, playstation, games, everything available. There is no comparison between this and stay in a single room hotels. I will return for sure.

Great luxury villa-very spacious.Ideal layout for us-no stairs for our wee girl-lots of room if you have a big family.Quiet,secure community.
We all loved the pool and spa,watching wildlife-ducks hawks.Ideal location for disney or places to eat on the 192/535.Would def recommend to friends/family.
Loved disney-don't miss fireworks at epcot or magic kingdom-worth the wait!
Eating out great-loved The Outback or Longhorns for steak.Bahama Breeze and Carabbas both really good aswell.Pizza at Flippers in the old town for lunch-a bargain and soooo good!!
Will be back soon.

The villa was very well maintained and presented, and, surpassed all our expectations. Clean and tidy on arrival. The pool was lovely and relaxing and a God send to keep our 4 yr old entertained. Area clean and quiet and Walmart 5 minutes away. Villa very close to main road in Kissimmee and 15 minute drive from Disney. Would definatley recommend sat-nav for hire car. Try TGI Fridays on the 192 - the food is great (esp the steak in Jack Daniels sauce) and staff really nice. Would recommend this villa to all friends, owner easy to keep in touch with and helpful.

Wonderful home! Exceeded our expectations. Very clean and well appointed. All the comforts of home. Great location...quiet and relaxing yet close to theme parks, shopping and dining. Pool is an added bonus and wildlife is spectacular. We saw ducks, birds and ,yes, we saw 2 gators by the lake...Awesome. Three generations in our group (kids,parents and grand-parents)and all agree on a scale of 1-10 this place was an 11! Owners are easy to communicate with. Highly Recommend!!!!!!!!!!

Our two week stay in your beautiful villa was delightful. Though the weather turned a bit cool, we enjoyed sitting by the pool and also walking around the lakes. The villa was very clean, well stocked,and decorated beautifully. We hope to rent it again next year. Thank you again.
