Our executive villa was completed in June 2003 and offers 2018 sq. ft. of new air-conditioned luxury. The villa is built on an exclusive plot that backs onto the largest lake in the Cumbrian resort along with a large grassy area that you can use to catch the evening rays of sun or have a barbecue with friends. To the rear is a private 24ft heated pool with spa, overlooking a tranquil view.

Accommodation is spacious and elegantly furnished. The entry area opens out to the front lounge and formal dining area. Walking through the arch brings you to the open-plan family area that contains a fully fitted kitchen, breakfast bar, informal dining area and the family lounge. The kitchen is fully fitted with every modern appliance, and the family lounge contains a full entertainment system which includes a 36 inch Cable TV, VCR, HiFi, DVD player, portable Hi-Fi, DVD's, CDs, videos and books and WIFI Internet. Off the family area is the laundry room and a corridor leading to the bedrooms

There are 4 double bedrooms (2 with en-suite, all with Cable TV) and 3 bathrooms in all. The main master bedroom has an impressive 4-poster queen bed with matching suite. There is a PS2 console with games in the kids room together with a toy box containing several games and books to keep them amused, bean-bags and adult-size bunk beds. The garage houses a full-size table tennis table, electronic darts board, table football and gas BBQ. Other facilities also include cot, linen, towels, beach towels and high-chair. The villa is in a superb location, only 12 minutes from Disney and 5 minutes to the main attractions and numerous restaurants off the 192. The back entrance of Walmart Super Store is 5 minutes away accessed via Indian Point.

Cumbrian Lakes is on the East side of the I-4 towards Kissimmee, where most of the restaurants, shops and local attractions are located. It is located off Poinciana Boulevard, South off the US-192. It is a new gated community and has become a very sought-after location because of its peaceful lakes with jogging and nature trails whilst being extremely close to Disney, US-192 and the shops - a superb combination!

Nearby are numerous public Golf Courses, lakes for fishing and areas of natural beauty for spotting wild life. An hours drive east finds Kennedy Space Centre and Daytona/Cocoa beaches, and 45 minutes drive west finds Busch Gardens and Clearwater beach.

Just arrived back from our third fantastic holiday in this villa. Everything was perfect yet again. Had my sons girlfriend with us and she loved it.
Would recommend this villa to anyone, and the owners are first class to deal with.

We stayed in this beautiful villa for the first two weeks in June 2012. This was our first visit to this villa but our second visit to Cumbrian Lakes Drive. The villa is very well set out, fully equipped, immaculately clean, and in a superb location.
On day two of our holiday there was a problem with the air conditioning. This was resolved with speed, efficiency and by extremely friendly staff from the management company.
The younger members of our family visited parks etc., every day. Us two "oldies" had a few days "off". The pool area was ideal to relax and find peace and quiet from the hussle and bussle of the parks. The view and wildlife spotting from this area was excellent.
We would love to return one day and thank you for sharing your home with us

My wife and I stayed at this villa for a few weeks in May 2012, we had a wonderful time. Villa was gorgeous and very well maintained. It was quiet and relaxing after 2 long days spent at Universal, it was great to come back and relax in the pool, with nothing but silence. Everything had instructions near it, explaining how to operate the designated device. It was very well thought out in regards for the visitors staying, to make it much easier for them to navigate through things. We will certainly be staying here again on our next trip to Florida. Will even bring the children this time due to the fact that there were 3 bedrooms we didn't even use and one designed just for 2 children with Disney themed wall art and bedding. It was just a fantastic and lovely place to stay. Thank you so much for the opportunity to enjoy such a great place.

We really enjoyed staying in the villa! Was a great location and very nice. Our daughter enjoyed the pool everyday. Was nice that the owner let us know about a minor issue with the fridge before we arrived. It was nice to have a full kitchen instead of having to eat out for every meal. The pond out back always had wildlife around it and we even got to see an alligator the first few days of our stay. Can't wait to use this villa again, it was a great holiday there
