Large 4 bedroom great for 2 families or one large one! Spectacular seasonal views of Chocorua. Private and quiet location with three pristine ponds and five beaches at bottom of hill and short drive to all North Conway and area attractions year-round. Main level has beamed cathedral ceiling with two skylights and ceiling fan in large family room. Family room is equipped with new sectional, new recliner, wood stove, and cable TV/VCR/DVD. Main level also has fully applianced kitchen with fresh paint, new floor, as well as new dining table with 8 chairs, full bathroom, and bedroom. Lower level has 2 bedrooms, full bathroom, and recreation room with bumper pool table. Top floor is the master bedroom with a private deck with views. Huge wrap-around deck and large, level yard completes the scene.
