This 2-room-apartment has a living room, a bedroom, a kitchen and a bath. The living-room with its 3 windows is very bright. From all its windows the pedestrian zone downstairs can be seen. The entrance has a wardrobe, there's also an interphone. The two rooms have parquet. The apartment measures 43 sq-metres/ 500 sq foot. The four windows are highly isolated against warmth and noise. Before all windows are shutters. The bedroom has a king size bed and a convertible sofa bed, chests of drawers, wardrobes, tasteful candlesticks. In the living-room is a large table, 4 chairs, bookshelves etc. This 2- Room-apartment has all the modern facilities such as air condition, telephone, answering machine, LCD TV and hifi-tuner with CD-Player and a safe. The new fitted kitchen is totally furnished with ceramic hotplates, refrigerator, washer, dryer, sink, many cupboards, coffee machine, micro-wave oven, iron, ironing board, tableware etc.

The new fitted kitchen has been totally refurnished with all you might need: for example ceramic hotplates, refrigerator, sink, many cupboards, coffee machine, micro-wave oven, iron, ironing board, tableware, lovely glasses for wine, champagne, water etc. There's also a washer and a dryer in the kitchen. The bedroom has four separate beds with latex mattresses by Dunlopillo, chests of drawers, wardrobes, tasteful candlesticks and so on. In the living-room is a large table, 4 chairs, bookshelves etc. The flat has all the modern facilities such as telephone, answering machine, fax, colour TV and hifi-tuner with CD-Player and a safe.

My daughter and I had the pleasure of staying in the Louvre apartment this past December. It truly was a wonderful apartment in a well kept and secure building, with an excellent location to match. The apartment is very pleasantly furnished, bright, and quiet. The location was very convenient to the metro and an easy walk to most attractions. The neighborhood itself was (as mentioned) full of wonderful cafe's and shops. We never had any problems arise during the almost two weeks we rented this apartment. We had a marvelous stay and hope to have the opportunity to return. Thank you for all of the wonderful information and help in setting up our stay. t. When I have the chance to return, I will stay with you again.

It was great to stay at this apartment. It was clean, bright, spacious and well appointed. We all loved the thick towels, the wonderful duvets and appreciated the little touches like leaving orange juice and milk for us in the fridge because we arrived on a day that all stores were closed.

In the little time that we spent at the apartment the children enjoyed the games that you have, and the wireless internet and phone allowed us to stay in touch when we had to.

This apartment is really in the middle of Paris, pedestrian street. We needed no taxi, bus or metro.

We will certainly recommend you to any friends that are going to visit Paris!

Easy access and Fun!

I recently stayed at the Louvre apt. on June 4-8th with my husband and 2 kids (11&7 years) and had a great time! We did not need a taxi the whole stay! It is so centrally located and fun. It is very tiny (500sq.ft) by USA standards (and the pullout futon is next to the masterbed so there wont be any romantic privacy) but has everything you need incl.washer/dryer. It is a busy area but the windows are sound proof and the exterior shutters keep the light out for sleeping nicely.The early check in and airport pick up service is a MUST for the overnight travelers changing time zones. It is worth the extra $.We had a great time!
