Thank you for your interest in renting this vacation home in Iguana Beach, Nicaragua. This home is located directly on the beach front with white sand stretching for miles. The home is fully furnished including 3 bedrooms with private baths, central air conditioning, hot water and sleeps up to 8 people. There is a half bath for guests in the living and dining room areas. The kitchen has stove with oven, fridge, microwave oven and all the utensils. The home includes bath towels and bedding. For surfers, the home is conveniently located only a few steps away from the best breaks in Nicaragua Panga Drops and the Colorado Pipeline. You can also pay only $25 for 18 holes of golf. Lets the sound of the waves put you into another world and enjoy a unique experience.

Our rental managers live in Hacienda Iguana and are there to make your trip perfect and seamless. They can set you up on activities, day trips, boat trips, transportation, massages etc.

The current rental price is $375/night for up to 6 people and $40/night for each additional person. (2 night minimum) Holiday prices apply to Easter Week, Christmas and New Years.

Ideal Surf/Family Vacation Home

I stayed here with six buddies in April and could not have been happier. Great beach break (Colorados) immediately in front of the house and an open-water reef break (Ponga Drops) 5 minutes walk down the beach. As a surf destination this house is perfect. We surfed multiple times per day and followed each session by relaxing in the private pool (that has a perfect view of the waves). The home is large and has all the modern amenities, including A/C. With monkeys in the trees, a comfortable place to stay, and a wide-open beach, I plan to bring my family down here next time.
Recommended for:  Adventure Seekers, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

2nd Time to Nicaragua and definitely the best . . . .

This was my second time to Nicaragua with my girlfriend and definitely the best. Santuario del Sol as they call this house was incredibly beautiful, spacious and located on the most incredible beach in Nicaragua! We both surfed as much as we could in epic waves right in front of the house then came back for a swim and cool down in the private pool located in the backyard - all the while still watching incredible waves.
The husband and wife that live in the back house are both extremely nice and helpful and also incredible cooks! They would create the tastiest meals including fresh fish, beans, rice, pico de gallo and whatever we wanted with the food that we brought from the local market.
The nicely decorated bedrooms and front rooms as well as the 15 ft high ceilings made this house right out of a magazine! We loved our whole experience and will be back hopefully soon.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Great Beach House

Perfectly located on one of the nicest beaches I've been to this house is great for all surfers, hikers and relaxers. There looks to be only a handful of houses so most days we had the beach to ourselves. The house itself is big and comfortable and had everything we needed including a pool, plenty of hammocks and a bbq pit. Went swimming under amazing sunsets every night. Highly recommended.

Relaxing get away

Went with a couple for a relaxing getaway and to hopefully catch a few waves, which indeed we did! The house is located just steps away from probably the best wave in Nicaragua! Each morning my fiancé and I would wake up to fresh fruit and coffee prepared by Alyeri and then walk the beach with not a sole in sight, unless you count the howler monkeys in the background. Then while lounging on the hammocks we would have a local fisherman walk up selling fresh, just out of the ocean lobster...10 for roughly 30 bucks! That night Ronaldo would grill them up for us while we enjoyed a cold Tona and the ladies had a cocktail with the the famous rum of Nica, Flor de Cana! Highly reccomend Santuario del Sol and will be revisiting this spot annually?
