If you prefer to stay in, the house is perfect for entertaining with its open, easy floor plan that flows out to the patio area, protected by a privacy fence. This is a great place! We will return! Clean, quiet, lots of space to accommodate pets/people. Short walk to beach, secure privacy fence around property. Well equipped kitchen and just a relaxing atmosphere! Owners were very accommodating and helpful. I would highly recommend this rental!

I have never walked into a beach rental property before and was so instantly and pleasantly surprised enough to say "WOW"! This house is so spacious and clean and nicely decorated! There were 8 of us in the house (6 adults and 2 teens) plus one beagle and we all had as much privacy as we needed! There was plenty of room for all of us to socialize, whether it was in the living room, or the dining room, kitchen or the lovely outdoor patio! When you are on the patio, you have total privacy because of the fenced in lot! The kitchen was very well-equipped. Although we just made breakfasts when we were there, there was plenty of pots/pans/etc... where we could have made anything we wanted because the cupboards were full and everything was in like new condition and so you weren't afraid to use anything. The neighorhood is quiet and it's such a lovely short walk down the tree-lined sidewalks to the boardwalk. It's also a nice, safe walk to many wonderful restaurants and shops. I highly highly recommend this house to anyone...even if you don't have a pet. There was absolutely NO evidence of an animal ever being in that house. The owners are fantastic, extremely hospitable and reasonable. When we return to Rehoboth Beach, it will be only when we can stay in this house!

Our family enjoyed staying here, ample room and the courtyard was great for relaxing as well as an area for the young ones to play. It was great being on one floor, no worries about steps and kids. Beach blocks are bigger than what we are accustomed to so we drove to the beach which was no problem at all. We were close enough to everything but far enough away from the hustle bustle and noise. The house was nicely decorated,comfortable and very clean. Our group age range was 2-56 and we all loved staying here.

Top rated beach house!

I have been coming to Rehoboth for the pre-Labor Day week for 23 years. I wish I had found this home sooner! This was our second stay at this home. Our group consisted of five adults - all single or siblings so we each had our own room. We like lots of room. There are two doors out of the back of the house so the one of us who goes jogging at 4:30 a.m. doesn't wake everyone else. Three full baths is very nice. The furniture is comfortable with room for everybody to sit and the kitchen is very modern. There are all the usual high grade appliances. Most importantly the house is SPOTLESS and the neighborhood SILENT at night. There are no "party houses" nearby. Many homes appear to be owner-occupied (Delaware license plates). The amenities are terrific and the house is within walking distance to everywhere - and I don't walk miles anymore! Just park in the driveway and forget the car. Rehoboth Avenue is wonderful to walk and don't forget to have dinner at the "Blue Moon" and "Cloud 9" (no conflict to declare). The beaches are very nice and not as crowded as larger beach towns. (I saw plenty of kid beach toys/boogie boards, etc. for families on the private patio.) We especially appreciated taking our two dogs with us. There is a dog beach within a short drive. Last the owner is highly responsive - sent a plumber the same day for a leaky faucet. I would highly recommend this home for your vacation.
