with walk in closet, cable TV, and en suite bathroom with tub/shower plus his and hers vanity. The second bedroom has 2 twins with TV and a full bathroom. The third bedroom is on the ground level and has a queen bed, TV and is en suite with walk in shower.
The home has a fully fitted kitchen with up graded appliances, a breakfast bar with stools for relaxed dining, plus dining table and chairs with a view of the splash pool. The living area is spacious, has a pull out sofa bed, (cable TV, DVD Video, PlayStation 2, music center). The patio doors open out onto your own paved pool deck, fully screened with privacy wall.

The splash pool is on a 15 x 15 paved deck patio, fully screened and can be heated in the cooler periods. A patio table, chairs and foot stools allow you to relax and eat out by the pool. We have a baby safe fence by the pool. The property has it's own washer and dryer for your use. Private drive way, plus extra parking.
Other activities in the area include mini golf, local shopping, or visit Old Town where you will find amusement rides, shopping and dining, plus the famous Saturday night classic car parade. Visit Down Town Disney Market Place, Pleasure Island (night spot and movies).
The Orlando Premier Outlet Mall, Florida Mall, Mall of Millennia. For golf visit the newly opened Champions gate designed by Greg Norman, or play one of the Walt Disney World golf courses.
Tampa is a 1/2 hour drive - visit Busch Gardens, St. Petersburg or Clearwater. The East coast - Cocoa Beach, Melbourne and Kennedy Space center are a 1 hour drive.
For fast food there is Taco bell, Burger King, McDonalds. There are many restaurants in the area, Outback, Red Lobster, Steak houses, Charlies steak house, plus the all you can eat buffets
