This 4 bedroom 2 full bath home located on Easton's Point is the perfect get away retreat. The large fenced in private back yard with two large decks, brick patio, gas grill, mature gardens and out side shower with hot and cold water is a great place for the kids to run around and for the adults to relax. After a day at the beach or sight seeing in downtown Newport walk to Flo's Clam Shack for clamcakes and fresh shucked oysters or sit ocean side with a cocktail in hand at The Atlantic Beach Club and watch the waves crash on the shore. We promise that you'll love the house, it has been completely renovated with granite bath vanities, new floors, sleigh beds and new kitchen, we think it looks awesome and we know you will too. Come stay on Wolcott Avenue this summer and have some fun!

Newport and Middletown are great for relaxing at the beach, biking, fishing, walking, sailing, and other outdoor recreations. You can go surfing, kayaking (rentals available) or boogie boarding. Newport is loaded with things to do! There's great restaurants and nightly entertainment. You can take in a minor league baseball game. You can rent bikes or mopeds to get around or go for a nice long run or walk along the beach. The Cliff Walk is a fun activity that you get to see the beauty of the coastline, view the mansions and get some exercise.

We stayed at this house for a weekend in Sept, for a bachelorette weekend. It was perfect for what we needed. We appreciated all the flexibility this house provided for us. It was so close to downtown, and yet in a quiet neighborhood. There were 4 beds- 2K, 2Q, a pull-out couch, a couple other couches, and some pull-out cots in the closet. The grill wasn't huge, but it worked for us. The backyard was so calm and private. We were right next to a small park that had basketball hoops and a couple swings. So close to the beach as well. The kitchen was well-stocked, everything was so clean, and there was plenty of parking. Communication/coordination with Gail was also great. We want to definitely go back there. We didn't really use the TV, but there were 2. Only thing is, if you wanted to have an outdoor party after 10pm, it is not the best place-definitely a quiet neighborhood.
