Great house, great location and plenty of privacy. This 4 bedroom, 2 bath home is about 300 yards from Long Sands Beach. Home sits on a 1/2 acre lot so there is plenty of space for the kids. When returning from the beach clean up in the outdoor shower and enjoy a cocktail on the large deck. There is a large eat-in kitchen, dining room, laundry room, 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. Home is meticulously cared for. Master bedroom has a queen bed with attached bath. There is a full-size bedroom, one with (2) twin beds, and a kids room with three twin beds. Across the street there are tennis courts, baseball fields and a skate park. Lets not forget that the beach is a short walk away.

Rid your bike to Short Sands Beach, the Nubble and York Harbor. Portsmouth, Kittery and Ogunquit are minutes away by car.

We loved the house. There was plenty of room for us all (7 of us). Very comfortable and so convenient. Very quiet - we would return tomorrow if we could!
