Brand new home - just built on private dirt road. Short walk to Linnell Landing Beach (3 tenths mile). Walk to Cobies Ice Cream for fried clams, lobster rolls or ice creams for dessert. Cape Cod Rail Trail - miles of bike trails just across the street. Nickerson State Park with more bike trails and ponds down the road. Nearest Beach: beach at 0.3 Miles
Walk the 5 minute walk to the Bay beach. There you can fish, swim, skim board, watch sunsets, play in tidal pools at low tide, or walk the 'flats'. Or walk to Cobies ice cream for a great lobster roll and ice cream just up the street. Take a ride on the miles of bike trails across the street on the Cape Cod Rail Trail. Take a day trip to Nantucket or Martha's Vineyard or Provincetown. Surf the big waves at Nauset beach - 15 minute drive. Great location - lots to do!
